As a multi-functional component of the core of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell,the bipolar plate directly affects the energy loading rate of the battery by its bulk resis-tance and contact resistance parameters.There have been many researches on the develop-ment of contact resistance test equipment between the bipolar plate and the gas diffusion layer,but the research on the bipolar plate body resistance and conductivity distribution test system is rarely heard.At present,traditional systems such as four-probe testers are still mainly used for measurement.They have the following disadvantages:the test pro-cess takes a long time,and is easily affected by the poor contact between the probe and the electrode plate to be tested,which can damage the sample to be tested.Electrical Impedance Tomography(EIT)is a popular image reconstruction technol-ogy in the field of two-phase flow parameter detection and medical imaging in recent years.Based on the current research results at home and abroad,this paper introduces EIT technology into the study of bipolar plate conductivity distribution test.A test hardware platform with a test fixture for holding samples,measurement and control software based on Labview and image reconstruction algorithm software based on Matlab have been designed.This is a test system with both hardware and software.It collects the voltage feedback information measured by the sensors at different installation positions,which stimulated by current,to reconstruct the conductivity distribution infor-mation of the bipolar plate under test.The test platform has the advantages of high degree of automation and fast speed.The test results are similar to those of traditional instruments.The main tasks are as follows:Firstly,the Electrical Impedance Tomography technology was studied,and was intro-duced into the bipolar plate conductivity distribution test research.According to the char-acteristics of bipolar plate samples,the finite element analysis model used in the process of electrical impedance imaging is improved.Improved image reconstruction algorithm software package based on Matlab for EIT technology inverse problem?Secondly,a hardware platform for testing the conductivity distribution of the bipolar plate was built,and the supporting control test software based on Labview was written,and the integrated test system was used to test the conductivity distribution of the samples?Finally,the genetic algorithm is used to customize the fitness calculation method for the bipolar plate samples,optimize the original image reconstruction algorithm,and make the system test results better.
