| In the middle and late stage of oil field exploitation,the oil pressure drops and the output of oil well is greatly reduced.In order to achieve high and stable production and recovery rate,the oil field must be injected with water.In waterflooding oil fields in inhomogeneous,refines the layered water injection solved a series of problems of contradictions between layered and flat due to the non-homogeneity of the reservoir permeability on the longitudinal and flat surface.Development of layered water injection technology,to achieve more effective and refines the layered water injection,is one of the main direction on improving water drive recovery factor in the stage of high water-cut.Therefore,it is necessary.to develop research of oil fields in the layered water injection technology.Through the research on the development process and situation of domestic and international layered water injection technology,based on the concentric water-injection way,this paper designs a device of layered water injection,and the structure of its element,and make the mechanics analysis and flow field simulation of nozzle.Generally speaking,this paper mainly completed several aspects of work:(1)According to the requirements and working environment of the device for the task,the paper designs the overall scheme of system,and makes the structure design for the measuring instrument and water distributor,and expounds the working principle of the institutions;Using SolidWorks to complete the three-dimensional modeling of various agencies;(2)Make the mechanical analysis of device,and using ANSYS Workbench established finite element model of the main stress components;makes the simulation analysis and calculation of main stress components,and get the strain and stress conditions of the elements,providing the basis for structure optimization later;(3)Analysis the flow field of nozzle with the theory of fluid mechanics;simulates and calculates the flow field of nozzle with FLUENT,obtained the relationship between the nozzle opening,water injection and differential pressure over the import and export,local water damage under simulated conditions;(4)Analysis the function of other components of the layered water injection system and select the type of main components.Based on the layered water injection device unification mechanics theory analysis and simulation of the correctness of the simulation analysis verified the structure design,and through analyzing water mouth flow field simulation,verify the rationality of working device.Adjusted and micro-motor water distribution valve opening,the flow meter and temperature and pressure detection sensor under the action of downhole parameters testing and water injection flow,achieve the objectives of the fine water injection. |
