Study On The Countermeasures Of Rural Water Pollution Control

As an indispensable material for human survival and development,water is an important material condition for promoting economic and social sustainable development,whether it is to maintain the overall ecological balance or promote the environmental protection of rural resources and promote the healthy development of rural governance.All have great effects and influences.With the continuous improvement of China’s various aspects and quality of life,China’s rural water environment has suffered severe pollution and its pollution problems have become increasingly prominent.The current rural water pollution situation has become an important reason for restricting the rural ecological environment,hindering sustainable development of agriculture,and rural production and life.Although the technology and methods of sewage treatment are constantly improving and improving,the speed of this sewage treatment is still very high.It is difficult to keep up with the rate of pollution of the rural water environment,so the deterioration of the rural water environment has not been effectively contained(Zhou Hongying 2017),so understand the current status of rural sewage,and then analyze the problems and causes of sewage treatment to improve and control water The problem of pollution is imminent.This paper will be water pollution control as the research topic,through the example of Yongjia County Yantan Town for in-depth research and analysis,the research is divided into five parts: First,the introduction,the study of the background and practical significance of the topic,combed the current situation of research,analysis of the characteristics and shortcomings of the study.The second is the theoretical research,expounding the public management theory,collaborative management theory and other four theories to the practical guiding significance of sewage treatment,for the study of topics to lay a theoretical foundation.Third,the empirical analysis,taking The town of Yantan in Yongjia County as an example,has carried out an empirical investigation on the basic situation of its water resources,water pollution and the current situation of governance.The overall water resources of Yantan Town are relatively rich,and the pollution situation is more serious in the three aspects of domestic sewage,agricultural sewage and enterprise sewage,although there are some improvements in the treatment process in terms of pollutants and rivers and lakes,there are still some problems.Fourth,the outstanding problems and causes of water pollution in Yantan Town,Yongjia County,analysis of the sewage treatment facilities are not perfect,responsibility implementation is not in place,political and legal social mechanism is not perfect,and for the problem of reason analysis,from the idea,capital,technology,management mechanism legal policy,public participation and other five aspects.Fifth,on the basis of the above-mentioned problems and reasons,the path of rural water pollution control is explored,and the five countermeasures of increasing objective factor input,perfecting the legal system,promoting the participation of multiple subjects,perfecting accountability and playing the role of the market are put forward.This paper holds that strengthening rural sewage treatment,improving the quality of rural water,improving the rural living environment,on the one hand,can promote the effective implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,on the other hand,it is really related to the vital interests of each rural residents,better promote the construction of a well-off society in China,we need to work together to change the previous treatment of the problem of the cure,so as to seize the root cause of the problem,as soon as possible to take effective measures to curb this adverse situation,and achieve a new breakthrough in water pollution control at an early date.Ultimately,promote the sustainable use and sustainable development of rural water environment.
