【Objective】Yongcheng lake wetland in Fengxiang county,Shaanxi province was taken as the research object and six sample models with different horizontal distances from the wetland were selected to analyze soil microorganisms, soil physicochemical property and plant communities in the vegetation area of Yongcheng Lake wetland and to explore their correlation.【Methods】The structure and diversity of soil microorganisms were analyzed by high throughput sequencing. The physicochemical properties of soil were determined by various methods of soil fertilizer analysis methods. The species, quantity and distribution of plants were analyzed by quadrat method. The relationships among soil physicochemical properties, plant communities and soil microorganisms were explored by One-Way ANOVA and clustering analysis.【Result】(1)There are all alkaline soil in research area. The soil moisture content decline with increasing distance from the shore. The contents of TN,AN and OM showed that the first three quadrats were higher than the last three quadrats. The change of TK content was not significant and the AK content gradually increased in the last three quadrats. The TP content increased first and then decreased.(2)The tendency of the plant communities is a Alternanthera philoxeroides-Abutilon theophrasti-Echinochloa crusgalliConyza bonariensis community.(3)Soil microbial diversity index showed regular changes. The results of clustering analysis showed that the first three quadrats were similar in community structure, while the last three quadrats were similar in community structure and there were differences between them.(4)Soil physical and chemical properties have certain correlation with soil microbial diversity and community composition.【Conclusion】The contents of soil p H,SWC,TN,AN,TK,AK,TP,OM change regularly in the quadrats at different distances.OM content was positively correlated with TN and AN(p<0.01).p H was negatively correlated with TN and OM content(p<0.05).The stronger the alkalinity of soil was,the inhibition of TN and OM was.The diversity index of soil microbial community on the whole showed a trend of gradually decreasing with the increase of distance from wetland water, and the richness and diversity of soil microbial decreased with the increase of distance from wetland water. The variation trend of Proteobacteria abundance was consistent with the variation trend of TN content. The variation trend of Acidobacteria and Actinobacteria abundance is opposite to the variation trend of OM content. The dominant species of plant community changed significantly with the distance from wetland water. With the increase of the distance between species richness and wetland water, the species richness decreased first and then increased. The effect of plant community on soil microbial community structure and distribution is not obvious. Both soil physical and chemical properties and soil microbial community, total in the area of the study show the three sample before and after the point has a significant difference between the three samples, that may mean around 30 m to the wetland water, the change of wetland hydrological characteristics of wetland gradually affect soil physical and chemical properties, microbial and plants.
