Mine drainage system is an important part of coal mine production,which is responsible for draining mine water to the ground.If the gushing water can not be discharged in time,it will greatly threaten the safety of coal production and underground workers.The geological conditions of Fengfeng mining area in Handan are extremely complex.The mining process produces strong water-rich Ordovician limestone water,which is seriously threatened by floods.In this paper,the problems of serious cavitation,slow response,large power consumption and poor automation performance of pump in drainage system of downhole central pump house of Handan Sun zhuang Mining Company are studied and analyzed.Firstly,optimizing the drainage scheme,adopting the pressurized drainage mode,connecting the submersible pump in series with the main drainage pump,providing positive pressure water supply to the main drainage pump suction port by the submersible pump,improving the suction height of the pump,and designing the top layout scheme of the central pump house to ensure the safe operation of the mine drainage system.A new process of rapid start-up of main drainage pump based on positive pressure feed water of front pump is redesigned.Then,combined with the working principle of coal mine drainage system,two control strategies,three-dimensional fuzzy controller and dynamic programming algorithm,are proposed.The mathematical model of mine drainage system is established according to the multi input variables of electricity price,water level and water level change rate.Fuzzy simulation of water level in water tank is carried out by using MATLAB/Simulink software.The simulation results show that,compared with the two-dimensional fuzzy controller curve,the overshoot of the three-dimensional fuzzy control curve is significantly reduced,and the response time,adjustment time and stability time are greatly shortened.Secondly,the system monitoring is divided into three layers: field layer(I/O),control layer(PLC)and management layer.According to the system optimization strategy,Siemens S7-1200 PLC is used as the control core.By receiving the commands from the field and management levels,it is responsible for collecting the parameters of the sensors,receiving the commands from the host computer and the local operating box,and Issuing the start-stop commands for the control elements.Finally,the real-time communication between iFIX software and S7-1200 PLC is realized by OPC technology,and the monitoring interface of mine drainage system is designed.The functions of parameter display,fault alarm and data recording are realized.Through the design of PLC and iFIX,the remote one-key start-stop and unattended,condition monitoring and intelligent peak avoidance operation control of mine drainage system are realized.This paper combines the technologies of PLC,sensor,iFIX and network communication,designs a mine automatic drainage monitoring system based on the principles of "positive pressure water supply","automatic control","peak avoidance and valley filling","rotation" and "real-time monitoring".
