Methanol production of low carbon olefin(MTO)is an important technical route to replace petrochemical industry with new coal chemical technology.In recent years,the batch production of methanol to olefin industrial plant has put forward higher requirements for the good benefit of industrial plant.By optimizing the process conditions and reducing the methanol unit consumption,we can get rid of the trouble of the market environment and win the first opportunity.Therefore,optimization of technological conditions and technological transformation in industrial production is of great significance.In this paper,the influence of process conditions on MTO reaction system was investigated through industrial data collection and analysis,and the improvement effect of process optimization on system operation was explored.In the investigation of MTO reaction system,the influence of reaction temperature,reaction pressure,water to alcohol ratio,reaction storage and catalyst carbon determination on the reaction system was investigated.The results showed that the appropriate reaction system process conditions were:reaction temperature 485℃,reaction pressure 0.103-0.105MPa(G),reaction storage 60t,catalyst to be generated fixed carbon 6.6%,regeneration fixed carbon1.6%.The single consumption of methanol was reduced and the selectivity of diene was improved by optimizing the process conditions.In the exploration of process flow optimization,it is proposed to optimize the over-temperature bottleneck of the reactor during the reverse restart process,which simplifies the start-up operation process,and the reaction temperature can be controlled within the range of≦490℃.The process modification and optimization of the sewage stripper system were carried out.By adding a non-condensing gas distribution ring in the reactor,the gas-phase return reactor at the top of the sewage stripper tower avoided the generation of a large amount of glue and realized the long-term operation of the sewage stripper tower.Through the demonstration of C4 pyrolysis technology,the reverse system increases C4 hydrocarbon recycling.The improvement measures of the above process optimization have achieved the optimization objectives of controlling reactor temperature,avoiding coking of methanol feed distribution pipe,and reducing methanol consumption,etc.,through the operation of industrial equipment,the methanol consumption has decreased by 0.03t/t,with good economic benefits.
