Study On The Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Ecological Poverty Alleviation Of Changting County

Poverty,natural environment and economic and social development are closely related.Because of the unique natural conditions,the poor areas are easy to fall into the vicious circle of poverty ecological degradation,facing the double pressure of ecological environment protection and poverty reduction.In order to overcome poverty,we must establish the idea that green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains,persist in protecting ecology,realize green development,explore a new way of ecological poverty alleviation,and make the poor areas and the poor people benefit from ecological construction and restoration.Taking the ecological poverty alleviation in Changting County as an example,this paper makes an in-depth study on the current situation of ecological poverty alleviation in Changting County,including the mechanism and effectiveness,through literature review,investigation and research,panel data analysis,case analysis and other methods.It is found that the ecological poverty alleviation mechanism has been initially established in Changting County,and both poverty alleviation development and ecological environment protection have made progress.Through the analysis,it is found that in recent years,the development level of ecological environment protection in Changting County is lower than that of poverty alleviation and development,with unbalanced development of economy,society and ecological environment.This paper explores the problems in the process of poverty reduction in the aspects of subject and object,capital,industrial development,management assessment and operation mechanism,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for coordinating the development of poverty alleviation and the balanced development of ecological environment,and improving the effect of ecological poverty alleviation.This is the local operation mode to implement the central government’s work of promoting targeted poverty alleviation and ecological civilization construction,to find a path to break through deep poverty on the basis of ensuring the coordinated development of economy,society and ecology in Changting County in the future,to properly adjust the ecological poverty alleviation strategy,to build a sustainable poverty alleviation model,and to provide reference.This paper is divided into seven parts: the first part,introduction.This chapter mainly introduces the background,significance,contents and methods of the research,and analyzes the research progress at home and abroad.The second part,the concept definition and related theoretical basis.The third part,the current situation of ecological poverty alleviation in Changting County.This chapter studies the operation mechanism of ecological poverty alleviation in Changting County,constructs the model of poverty alleviation and ecological environment coupling and coordination to analyze the effect of ecological poverty alleviation based on the concept of green development in Changting County.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems of ecological poverty alleviation in Changting County.From the main body of poverty alleviation,poor households,funds,industrial development,operation mechanism and other aspects.The fifth part is about the experience and Enlightenment of ecological poverty alleviation cases at home and abroad.The sixth part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.The seventh part,research conclusion and prospect.
