| In order to promote the construction of beautiful countryside and achieve sustainable development,the issue of rural sewage discharge has been paid more and more attention by governments at all levels.How to choose a scientific,economic and suitable drainage mode for rural areas is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper takes the rural drainage pattern in the eastern river network area of China as the research object,aiming at establishing a set of index system and evaluation model which is conducive to the scientific and rational selection of drainage pattern,and providing decision-making basis for decision-makers.On the basis of collecting and analyzing the relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper uses questionnaire survey,empirical analysis,mathematical calculation,expert interviews and other methods to carry out the following research:(1)Through field research,the characteristics of rural drainage in the eastern river network area are analyzed,and the drainage modes are divided into decentralized treatment mode,relatively centralized treatment mode and centralized treatment mode,and how to select suitable sewage collection mode and sewage treatment technology is discussed in detail.Meanwhile,the idea of independent calculation of construction cost of sewage treatment facilities and sewage network is put forward.。(2)Established the evaluation index system of rural drainage pattern in Eastern river network area based on four dimensions of environment,economy,society and technology,including 16 indicators such as resource utilization,cost of treatment facilities and employment benefits.(3)By comparing the commonly used evaluation methods and index weighting methods,the evaluation method of rural drainage pattern in the eastern river network area is determined;a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of rural drainage pattern in the eastern river network area based on ANP is constructed,which can embody the principles of local conditions and sustainable development.Taking Tangjiaqiao village in Changshu City of Jiangsu Province as an example,the drainage pattern of domestic sewage in this village is carried out.The evaluation and selection prove that the evaluation model has good operability and applicability. |
