The CASS process is an advanced activated sludge process which has good phosphorus removal performance and biological denitrification of discharging wastewater.It has many advantages,such as Sludge bulking is not easy to happen,the sludge has good precipitation performance and small amount of sludge remaining,strong resistance to external impact and flexible operation,multi-cell series operation has stable processing effect and high volume utilization,the process is simple,the civil engineering and investment are low,and the degree of automation is high.In recent years,it has been widely used in China's sewage treatment industry.The mainly treatment of the CASS process wastewater treatment plant is industrial waste water and domestic sewage.Among them,most of them are industrial waste water,and industrial waste water mainly comes from an electronic equipment manufacturer.The effluent quality is required to up the requirement of the standard of level A in class I of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant?GB 18918—2002?.This paper analyzes the water quality indicators monitoring data of sewage treatment plants,studies the change law of water quality of inlet and outlet water of sewage treatment plants and the removal effect of various water quality indicators,expounds some factors affecting the treatment effect of sewage treatment,and puts forward some problems in the operation of sewage treatment plants.Provide theoretical support for the stable operation of sewage treatment plants.1?The concentration of SS,BOD5,CODcr,total phosphorus,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and animal and vegetable oil concentrations showed a certain correlation with the Water quality in and out of the year,showing a more similar trend of change.The concentration of SS,BOD5,CODcr,total phosphorus,total nitrogen and animal and vegetable oil in the Pre-treatment sewage varied greatly throughout the year,the concentration of ammonia nitrogen is changed littlet.The concentration of BOD5,CODcr,total phosphorus and animal and vegetable oil in the treated sewage varied greatly throughout the year,the concentration of SS,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen is changed littlet.2?The sewage treatment plant has a good removal effect on SS and BOD5,and the removal rate is high,but the removal rate changes greatly.The removal efficiency of CODcr,total phosphorus,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and animal and vegetable oils was poor,the removal rate was low,and the removal rate changed a lot.The removal rate could not be well kept in a stable range with the quarterly change,and the annual fluctuation changed a lot.3?The influent SS,BOD5,CODCr,total phosphorus,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and animal and vegetable oil concentrations are too low,which is an important factor affecting the treatment effect of each index.The drainage concentration of an electronic equipment manufacturer directly affects the influent concentration of the sewage treatment plant.Temperature has little effect on the treatment effect of each index.4?Water quality indicators under study was up the requirement of the standard of level A in class I of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant?GB 18918—2002?.The effluent quality reaches 100%.
