| In the drilling process of high-abrasive formations,frequent stick-slip vibration,low penetration rate,easy-to-damage drill bit,and poor hole quality are the main technical problems.The root cause is that the shear bit shear force is insufficient to break the rock and cause torque.As the drill string accumulates,when the torque transmitted by the drill bit reaches the crushing strength of the rock,the instantaneous release of energy in the drill string causes the drill bit to vibrate vigorously,stick-slip vibration occurs.The torsional impact generator can provide highfrequency torsional impact to the drill bit to assist rock breaking and thus effectively suppress the production of stick-slip phenomena,increase the penetration rate of the drilling tool,reduce the fatigue strength of the drilling tool assembly and improve the quality of the borehole,and at the same time further reduce the drilling cost.On the basis of summarizing the relevant research progresses,this paper analyzes the working characteristics and working mechanism of the torque impact tool,and develops a new type of rotary impact torque generator.Based on the advantages of the existing torsion impactor,the structural parameters and material properties of the components of the vortex-shear-type torsion impactor are designed in detail and the operating parameters are calculated.The calculation results show that the overall performance of the tool is good and the strength is satisfactory,meet design requirements.The three-dimensional modeling software was used to design the specific parts of the torsion impactor.The motion simulation analysis showed that the components of the tool assembly were normal and no interference occurred.The simulation analysis of the specific flow field inside the tool was performed using ANSYS.The results show that the diversion ratio of the diversion and sediment removal device is 3.2,and the sand removal performance is working properly.The speed nephogram and pressure nephogram show that the turbine blade design is reasonable and the energy utilization efficiency is high.Rotary impact torque impactor can significantly enhance the formation adaptability of PDC drill bit.For extremely hard stratum composed of sandstone formation,granite and basalt,and hard and soft interlaced stratum,the rotary impact forcer passes 1000 to 2000 times per minute.Frequency low amplitude impact can effectively assist the drill to break the rock,reduce the stick-slip phenomenon and reduce the irregular oscillation of the drill string.Torsion impact assisted bit breaking technology has high commercial value for the current domestic hard-todrill formation oil and gas development. |
