NH2-MIL-125-Ti is one of the MOFs with photoelectric and photocatalytic properties as well as good hydrothermal stability. The morphology and size are of great significance for the physical and chemical properties of MOFs.In this study,by changing the ratio of DMF to methanol in the DMF-methanol mixed solvent,NH2-MIL-125-Ti with adjustable size was synthesized by solvothermal method and microwave-assisted method.Meanwhile,theNH2-MIL-125-Ti/Zr bimetallic MOF was synthesized hrough an in situ microwave-assisted solvothermal method, the main results are as follows(1)During the synthesis of NH2-MIL-125-Ti,the crystal size of NH2-MIL-125-Ti decreased first and then increased with the increase of the volume ratio of methanol in the mixed solvent, the crystal size is adjustable from 610 nm to 1040 nm,and the morphology of NH2-MIL-125-Ti changed from circular flake to square flake. The synthesized samples were used in the photocatalytic degradation reaction of RhB,and RhB could degrade more than90%.With the increase of methanol volume ratio in the mixed solvent, the RhB equilibrium adsorption capacity of the samples increased gradually, but the RhB photocatalytic rate constants decreased.(2)Compared with the NH2-MIL-125-Ti synthesized by solvothermal method, the crystal size of the samples synthesized by microwave-assisted method decreased, the Ti content in the samples increased, and the RhB photocatalytic degradation rate constants of samples increased, but the equilibrium adsorption capacity decreased.(3)During the synthesis of NH2-MIL-125-Ti/Zr bimetallic MOF with microwave-assisted method,in a certain degree, with the increase of n-propanol zirconium added in the synthesis system, the equilibrium adsorption amount of the RhB increased, and the photocatalytic rate constant slightly decreased.By comparing the NH2-MIL-125-Ti/Zr bimetallic MOF synthesized with solvothermal method,it was found that the content of Zr in the sample prepared by microwave-assisted method was significantly increased.
