| Coal gangue is the main solid waste discharged in the process of coal mine production,the disposal of solid waste has been one of the main problems restricting the efficient production of coal mines.With the progress of production technology,polymer solids and their solutions are more and more widely used due to their excellent properties.Taking advantages of its better fluidity,strong bonding and swelling ability under certain conditions,mixing gangue and polymer into polymer filling materials,not only solved the gangue waste of social problems,and the excellent nature of polymer improved the compactness,strength and reduced the load-bearing compression rate of filling material,providing a powerful guarantee for the filling effects of deep high stress condition.The paper is based on the selection of polymer,the design of confining compaction test equipment and theoretical analysis,using experimental testing,numerical simulation and other research methods,tested and analyzed the influence factors of bearing and compression characteristics of different polymer gangue filling materials,studied the distortion role of filling material under the creep condition,and build numerical model of flexible cluster of gangue polymer filling material,revealed microscopic evolution rule for compaction deformation of the sample.The main research achievements are as follows:(1)According to the properties of gangue materials and the test requirements,based on the analysis of the polymer and its application characteristics,butadiene emulsion,neoprene emulsion and acrylate were selected as the polymers for the preparation of different polymer-gangue filling materials.Based on the specification and gangue grading distribution the compacting steel cylinder with pressure coefficient,safety coefficient and size satisfying is designed.(2)According to the designed compressive strength test method of gangue polymer filling materials,the reasonable component ratio of the samples was determined,The creep deformation and instantaneous deformation characteristics of gangue polymer filling materials at different stress levels were analyzed,and the stress-strain curve and deformation modulus change characteristics of gangue backfill under the action of different influencing factors were analyzed.(3)The creep behavior of gangue backfill under different polymer content was tested,the creep behavior of gangue backfill under different polymer content was analyzed.The creep and instantaneous deformation characteristics of gangue polymer filling materials at different stress levels were analyzed,based on the test results the creep curve of gangue polymer filling materials under different polymer content is revealed.(4)A numerical model of flexible cluster backfill was established by means of particle flow software,the characteristics of compacting deformation,particle breakage and force chain crack evolution of the backfill model were analyzed,and the microscopic mechanism of compacting deformation of gangue polymer backfill was revealed.The paper has 48 figures,20 tables,and 98 references. |
