Microwave dielectric ceramics play a vital role in various wireless devices.Ce O2based ceramics have excellent electrical and optical properties and have been receiving much attention in recent years.In this paper,Ce O2-based ceramics were partially replaced by solid-phase reaction method using rare earth ions to study the performance and influencing factors of Ce1-XRe XOy?X=0.25,0.5;Re=Sm,Y?microwave dielectric ceramics.?1?This article successfully completed the preparation of Ce1-XSm XOy?X=0.25,0.5?microwave dielectric ceramic with ultra-low loss for the first time.XRD and EDS results show that:Ce1-XSm XOy?X=0.25,0.5?ceramics exhibit a single phase and belong to the Ce O2structure of the cubic system of the Fm-3m?225?space group.In addition,Sm ions enter the crystal lattice and occupy the Ce position,forming a solid solution based on the Ce O2structure.For the microwave dielectric properties of Ce1-XSm XOy?X=0.25,0.5?ceramics:the dielectric constant depends on the sample density;the quality factor?Q×??is related to the density and grain size;the resonance frequency temperature coefficient??f?is in the design.There is no obvious change in the sintering temperature range.The microwave dielectric properties of the new Ce0.75Sm 0.25O1.875ceramic are:?r=20.28,Q×f=36900GHz and?f=-9.8ppm/?;The microwave dielectric properties of the new Ce0.5Sm0.5O1.75ceramic are:?r=18.4,Q×f=70850GHz and?f=-16.4 ppm/?.?2?The first successful completion of the preparation of Ce1-XYXOy?X=0.25,0.5?microwave dielectric ceramics with ultra-high quality factor.XRD results show that:Ce1-XYXOy?X=0.25,0.5?ceramics exhibit a single phase,belonging to the Ce O2structure of the cubic system of the Fm-3m?225?space group.The dielectric constant of Ce1-XYXOy?X=0.25,0.5?ceramics depends on the density;the relationship between the Q×?value and the used stacking fraction and grain size is studied;the temperature coefficient of the resonance frequency has no obvious change within the sintering temperature range,and The change trend of dielectric constant is consistent.The microwave dielectric properties of the new Ce0.75Y0.25O1.875ceramics are?r=19.75,Q×f=96600GHz,?f=-22.53 ppm/?.The microwave dielectric properties of the new Ce0.5Y0.5O1.75ceramic are:?r=19.4,Q×f=149000GHz and?f=-16.4 ppm/?.
