With the more and more widely use of micro parts in all industries,the requirement of the machining precision is also higher and higher,which puts forward higher requirements to the machine tool.This paper which is based on the topic of high precision micro turn-milling machine tool firstly studies precision analysis.Secondly,it studies the conjoint interface modeling method,then it tests modal analysis of the machine tool.What's more,it studies the stability of the machining system of the machine tool.Finally,it does the analytical tests of the milling spindle dynamic performance in the process.The main research contents include the following four parts:(1)Have a precision analytical research of the high precision micro turnmilling machine tool,and complete the analysis of overall design;moreover,measure the error of liquid floating static pressure spindle using dynamic rotary analyzer;in addition,analyze and test the rotary table's position accuracy;furthermore,test the straight axis precision of the machine tool using laser interferometer,and provide the error compensation of horizontal straight axis by the method of macro-micro combination.(2)Research the conjoint interface modeling method of high precision micro turnmilling machine tool,and research the modeling approach to fixed conjoint interface;in addition,do the rigidity computation of the ball screw conjoint interface,bearing conjoint interface,rolling guide rail surface of the rolling conjoint interface basing on Hertz contact theory;afterwards,establish the equivalent spring element,and carry out the finite element simulation analysis.(3)Complete the modal test analysis of the high precision micro turnmilling machine tool with the help of the MIMO test method,including its coherence analysis of transfer function,vibration-type animation and so on,then compare its results with the simulation analysis based on conjoint interface.(4)Research the high precision micro turn-milling machine tool's cutting dynamic performance,test its processing system modal and map the stability lobes,and test the dynamic response of the process of milling spindle operation.
