| The test of combustion rate and pressure exponent of pyrotechnics played an important guiding role in the development and improvement of composition,and it had reference value for combustion stability and safety evaluation in the engineering practice.In the field of pyrotechnics,there were less research on the test of combustion rate and pressure exponent.Some test methods in the related fields also showed some inapplicability.According to the characteristics of pyrotechnics,this paper launched the research on the test method of combustion rate and pressure exponent of pyrotechnics.The experiment choosed three kinds of typical fireworks as the test object.From the view point of universal applicability of pyrotechnics,this paper proposed a test method which selects closed bomb as experimental device.According to the measuring principle,a kind of sample preparation process which presses powder under lateral was proposed,and this process can meet most of pyrotechnics forming requirements.Through analysed combustion phenomena in the air,interrupted burning test,p-t curve of the sample that coated by different material,this paper summarized that the key factor which influenced the reliability of coating layer was the bond strength between the coating layer and the surface of sample,and proposed a method to improve the bond strength by interdiffusion effect of the coating material and the binder component of the sample surface.With the aid of Origin and other data processing software,smoothed properly the p-t curve,selected reasonable the starting point and the end point of the combustion of sample,and finally calculated combustion parameters.Tested three kinds of sample,all the results indicated that this method had the following advantages such as the operation was sample,the calculation was convenient,the data repeatability was good,and the result was reliable,can meet the test requirement.Through tested five kinds of aerosol fire extinguishing agent,obtained the variation regularity of combustion property of different composition,made a preliminary research. |
