Research On Coal Business Transformation Of L Group From The Perspective Of Industrial Chain Extension

Coal is the most important energy resource in China.Compared with mineral resources such as oil or natural gas,coal not only has the advantages of reserves and price,but also is a mineral energy that can be used cleanly.However,coal is a nonrenewable resource.In the process of urbanization and industrialization,the expanding energy demand and extensive economic growth mode of China have brought many problems,such as prominent environmental problems,unbalanced industrial structure,idle capital of enterprises and serious brain drain.Faced with such problems and contradictions,coal enterprises urgently need to find new ways through transformation and upgrading and actively participate in the country’s supply-side structural reform.Shanxi Province is China’s important coal big province,and L group as the Shanxi coal enterprise benchmarking,should actively participate in the path to the capacity,the structural reform of the supply side,the smooth transition of the relationship between the whole and L group in Shanxi province and the fate of China’s coal market reform,and will be conducive to the harmonious development of the enterprise,social economy and environment.Based on the theory of industrial chain,industrial chain extension and enterprise transformation,this paper takes L Group as the research object,and first introduces the basic situation and main business of L Group;Secondly,it analyzes the internal and external motivations of L Group’s coal business transformation.The external motivation mainly introduces the external macro environment of L Group and analyzes the competitive environment of L Group through Porter’s five-force model,the internal motivation mainly analyzes the current situation from the five aspects of L Group’s finance,human resources,technology level,de-capacity and resource integration,and explores its existing problems.Based on the internal and external motivations,through SWOT analysis,the paper summarizes the transformation of L Group through the extension of coal industry chain.Furthermore,based on the coal industry chain and the extension of the coal industry chain,following certain design principles,the selection and design of the transformation of the L Group’s coal business,and then the process flow,infrastructure construction,and digital construction extending from the industry chain respectively.And the main products are implemented in five aspects.Set up a coal-electric-coking-chemical recycling economic industrial park,and analyze the economic benefits,social benefits,energy saving and emission reduction effects of the program;finally,the risks from the political,market,capital and technology aspects Analyze and propose the risk response measures for the L Group coal business transformation plan.
