In this paper,the ex-situ sulfurization agent was synthesized from sulfur,olefin with high boiling point and sulfurization additives as raw materials under atmospheric pressure.The influence of reaction temperature and reaction time on the sulfur content of the product was investigated.Taking coke oven gas hydrogenation catalyst as the research object,the reaction conditions affecting the presulfurization effect outside the hydrogenation catalyst were investigated.The stability of ex-site presulfurization catalyst in air was investigated.The storage stability,process conditions and temperature rise of the ex-site presulfurization hydrogenation catalyst were investigated by simulating the industrial start-up conditions.The hydrogenation activity of the ex-site presulfurization catalyst was compared with that of the in-site presulfurization catalyst.The sulfurization catalyst was characterized by XRD,SEM,BET and so on.The experimental results show that with elemental sulfur,high boiling point and olefin sulfurization additives as raw material to synthesis of ex-site presulfurization agent optimum synthesis condition is:reaction temperature 170?,the reaction time of2.5 h,the quality of the elemental sulfur and olefin,additives for 1:3:0.5,under the condition of the synthesis of vulcanizing agent sulfur content as high as 26.8%,wide range of decomposition temperature?150300??,stable performance sulfurization agent in the air.Sulfurization agent to synthesis of hydrogenation catalyst ex-site presulfurization and in impregnating temperature is 140?,the impregnation time of 90min,curing temperature is 350?,curing time was 3.0 h-1,under the condition of sulfurization pressure is 1.0 MPa of catalyst presulfurization degree is high,active metal sulphide crystal clear,and the catalyst before and after sulfurization entrance and specific surface area changed little,active phase gathered phenomenon did not appear after curing catalyst,under the condition of same presulfiding of catalyst in hydrogenation activity is higher than the device;Hydrogenation catalyst in air environment ex-site presulfurizing from hot temperature of 1.5?,stable performance;Simulation of industrial construction conditions,directly into the feed gas temperature activation,simplifies the construction process,shorten the construction time,the temperature rise of the activation process is more stable,only 12.3?,the highest temperature has no obvious exothermic phenomenon.
