With the rapid development of national economy,more and more black pollution from waste rubber products is threatening the living environment of human beings.The waste rubber is processed into granules and mixed into concrete to make concrete products,which not only reduces the pollution of waste rubber solid waste to the environment,but also improves some properties of concrete,and is applied to engineering construction.Therefore,it is of great scientific and social significance to study the material properties of rubber concrete.Previous research results show that with the addition of rubber,concrete has improved in carbonization resistance,frost resistance,corrosion resistanceand other aspects.From the point of view of the strength of rubber concrete,the effects of rubber mass substitution rate and rubber particle size on the working performance and basic mechanical properties of concrete at different ages are studied by experiments.The complete stress-strain curve of rubber concrete under compression is analyzed by uniaxial compression test,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The larger the size of rubber and the more the content of rubber,the smaller the collapse of concrete.(2)The smaller the particle size and the more the content,the more significant the influence on the early relative compressive strength of concrete.(3)The effects of rubber content,rubber particle size and age on various strength indexes of concrete were studied.The relationship between the strength of rubber concrete and the strength of reference concrete was obtained based on the experimental data,and the formulas for predicting the strength of rubber concrete were obtained,which provided a reference for the application of rubber concrete.(4)The influence of rubber content and particle size on the peak point,inflection point and convergence point of stress-strain curve of concrete is studied based on experimental data,and the linear relationship between peak strain,inflection point strain,convergence point strain and rubber content is obtained by regression of experimental data;the linear relationship between inflection point stress,convergence point stress and peak stress of curve;The relationship between convergence stress and rubber content and rubber particle size.(5)The stress-strain model of rubber concrete is in good agreement with the two-stage model proposed by Professor Guo Zhenhai of Tsinghua University.The constitutive equation of stressstrain curve is obtained by calculating and analyzing the experimental data.This paper has 29 figures,11 tables and 51 references.
