With the proposal of green development and the improvement of the requirements for comprehensive utilization of mineral resources,the tailings dry storage process has gradually replaced the traditional wet discharge process.But the tailings particles after mechanical dewatering are fine and loose,with low permeability,and foreign Water immersed in the interior of the dam is prone to landslide hazard,which is not conducive to dam construction in the rainy season.How to reduce the immersion line of the dam is of great significance for the further promotion,implementation and post-management of the dry storage process in rainy areas.In this paper,a gold mine tailings dam in Jilin Province is used as the engineering background.The indoor test and numerical simulation method are used to analyze the utility and optimize the application of the electro-kinetic geosynthetics(EKG)in the drywall tailings dam drainage project.The main contents and research results are as follows:(1)The self-designed EKG electric test device is used to conduct the electric drainage test of the gold tail tail sand chamber.The results show that EKG can promote pore water discharge,reduce water content,increase matrix suction,and improve soil shear strength.The rate of electric drainage at the end is slow because the electric action is suppressed by the interface resistance.(2)Based on the existing research results,summarize the influencing factors affecting the effect of electric drainage,determine the key parameters,and establish the calculation method of EKG applied to the electric drainage of gold tailings.The corrected electric flow coefficient after calculation and verification can be equivalent to seepage and electric coupling.The flow coefficient is proposed as an indicator of the EKG drainage effect.(3)Based on the experimental parameters and the electric flow coefficient,a numerical calculation model is established to calculate the stability of the tailings dam of the original dam and the EKG project under static and dynamic conditions.The numerical results show using EKG to build a dry tailings dam can significantly reduce the immersion line,increase the minimum safety factor of the slip surface,reduce the compression deformation and improve the structural stability of the soil,and inhibit the dynamic deformation of the dam body.The static and dynamic safety of the tailings dam body is guaranteed.(4)On the basis of considering cost factors and stability factors,the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method is adopted as the preferred function,and the selective exit mechanism and mandatory exit mechanism are introduced to establish a multi-level fuzzyscheme for the laying scheme of EKG for dry heap tailings dam drainage project.The comprehensive evaluation system selects the optimal plan from the six design options.In summary,the use of EKG to lay the dam in the dry heap tailings dam drainage project can reduce the saturation line,enhance the shear strength of the soil,improve the static and dynamic stability of the dam and improve the problems in the tailings dry heap process in the construction and post-management.It can provide on-site guiding significance for the stacking process and instability prevention and control of mine tailings dam body in rainy areas.
