Optimization Study On Construction Project Of Panjin Dongfeng Town Sewage Treatment Plant

This paper optimizes the construction project of Dongfeng Town sewage treatment Plant in Dawa District,Panjin City,Liaoning Province.First in order to determine the scale of sewage treatment plant,using function fitting forecast service population,calculate the total water data,such as for dongfeng town water amount,water quantity,water quality survey data,determine the scale of sewage treatment plant construction;Secondly,in order to select the most suitable address for the construction of sewage treatment plant,the four-level index factors of project site selection were designed for the two sites to be determined.Finally,in order to select the right-most sewage treatment technology,according to the three pending sewage treatment technology schemes,the four-level indicators of sewage treatment technology were designed,and the optimal selection was made by using analytic hierarchy process.According to the results of each link of the construction of sewage treatment plant,at the same time,it provides practical and guiding significance for the design and operation of other sewage treatment plants of similar size in the future to choose scientific and reasonable means and decision-making methods.There are 8 figures,35 tables and 31 references in this paper.
