In recent years,the coal industry in China has always been in a state of rapid development.The belt transport aircraft is used as a key transportation tool in mines and open coal mines,and its role is extremely prominent.However,many coal mine accidents are caused by equipment failures,which also seriously hinder the development of enterprises.Due to the high efficiency and low failure rate of the belt machine,it is necessary to ensure the safety and stability of the equipment operation,and it is closely related to the safety of coal enterprises.Therefore,the belt transport protection device is more prominent,and the development of fault diagnosis system is also more practical.Taking belt transport protection and fault diagnosis system as the research object,this paper focuses on the current situation,fault characteristics,the specific structure of belt transport aircraft,and the key technologies of protection and fault diagnosis.First of all,we probe into the technical indexes of belt transport aircraft,the software platform of the upper computer,the communication interface,and the security protection.Secondly,we will fully study the techniques of fault diagnosis,signal processing and analysis,sum up the overall scheme of the system,and develop a belt machine protection device and a fault detection system for open coal mines.Specifically,it involves the design of the upper computer detection software,the real-time data acquisition of the monitoring station,and the design of the communication interface.First,based on the RS-485 bus,the S3C2440 controller and the main controller of the belt transport aircraft is realized.Afterwards,combined the Smart Node wireless module is realized to ensure the comprehensive protection of the equipment;Second,through the use of Ethernet,combined with the Modbus / TCP protocol,the S3C2440 controller transmits monitoring data to the coal mine main monitoring station;Third,complete the software monitoring platform design work,and use GA-BP,EMD,that is,genetic error reverse propagation,empirical modal decomposition neural network model,in order to identify belt transport aircraft failure,effective display,preservation,analysis,And the equipment running state information management.Through the actual test,it is found that the test results are equivalent to the theoretical analysis results and are consistent with the design goals.The belt transport protection and fault diagnosis system developed in this paper can effectively monitor and diagnose and analyze many faults such as pile,skid and skid of equipment,and effectively achieve many goals such as efficient fault identification,rapid response,and stable transmission of information.So that the protection belt transport aircraft,diagnosis failure and other problems are properly solved,coal mine production is safer,and it has corresponding theoretical research and practical application value.The paper has 50 pictures,16 tables,and 53 references.
