Research On Market Risk Management Of Chinese Enterprises Investing In Laos Petroleum Industry

With the continuous development of the national economy,China’s oil industry has developed very mature,the country urgently needs industrial transfer and industrial upgrading.Under the strategic background of "One Belt,One Road",the rapid growth of Chinese enterprises ’ investment in Southeast Asia is accompanied by the opportunity of high-yield globalization,which is also faced with great risks.Risks resulting from fluctuations in the international crude oil market,changes in international exchange rates and a lack of understanding of the oil product markets of the invested countries are often quite fatal for enterprises.The internal factors such as the lack of experience of overseas investment,the untimely risk aversion and the limited management exp erience of managers will also leave great risks to the overseas investment of enterprises.With the increasing problem of international crude oil,the trend of Chinese enterprises investing in oil resources in Southeast Asia,South Asia and the Middle East is becoming more and more remarkable,and it is urgent to sum up the corresponding circumvention methods.The authors used three months to conduct field research on the current status of the local oil industry in Laos,to conduct in-depth interviews with local companies and China in old investment enterprises,to discuss the risks of the Lao oil market and the problems encountered in the investment process of Chinese enterprises.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the model,and the non-quantifiable risk index is counted by expert scoring method.The analysis results show that the market risk faced by the current investment in Laos oil industry is still very high.The overall performance in the macroeconomic environment,market environment and infrastructure construction risks,and in view of these risks,the author gives his own views,put forward the response measures of each risk.Based on the existing research results on oil industry investment,this paper takes the Lao petroleum industry Market as the research scope,combined with the current situation of Chinese enterprises to invest in the Lao petroleum industry,through the field investigation of the development of the old Middle East Petrology Co.,Ltd.in Laos,and deeply studies the development status and market situation of the Lao petroleum industry.And the collection of primary data integration of easy statistics,the Lao petroleum industry Market Risk factors to determine,as well as the impact of various factors on market risk,further study of Chinese enterprises to invest in the Lao refined oil industry faced by the main market risk factors,and finally put forward effective recommendations.It provides theoretical support and practical reference for Chinese enterprises to invest in Laos oil industry to avoid risk and maximize benefits in the future.
