At present, new nano-composite materials are widely used in various research fields, among which the electrochemical sensor constructed by new nano-materials with excellent performance has become one of the research hotspots.Since rutin has good pharmacological properties and contains many phenolic hydroxyl groups in its molecules,it shows strong electrochemical activity. Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze and detect rutin by telephone method. The content of rutin was determined by electrochemical method. In this paper, the preparation, characterization and electrochemical sensor of carbon/gold nanocomposite for the detection of rutin were studied. The main contents and results of the study are as follows:1.Porous graphene materials were prepared by hard template method, and then chloroauric acid was compounded with porous graphene.Porous graphene/nano-gold composite materials(PG-GNPs)were prepared through chemical reduction, and the composite materials were modified on the electrode by drop coating(PG-GNPs/GCE).The electrochemical behavior of rutin on PG-GNPs/GCE was studied, and it was found that PG-GNPs/GCE had a strong electrocatalytic effect on rutin. In phosphate buffer solution with a pH of 3,there was a good linear relationship between the peak current and the concentration of rutin solution in the range of 0.05~17?M,and the R~2 was 0.9947.The electrode has good stability, simple operation and good research and application value.2.A new modified MWCNTs-CDs@GNPs electrode was prepared on the basis of glassy carbon electrode, and the modified material was characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),infrared spectrophotometry, ultraviolet spectrophotometry, cyclic voltammetry(CV)and alternating impedance spectroscopy(EIS).In this paper, the experimental conditions(pH,scanning speed, modified film thickness,et.)were optimized, and the response of rutin on the modified electrode was investigated by differential pulse voltammetry(DPV)under the optimal conditions. The experimental results show that:in phosphate buffer solution pH=5,modify quantity is 6?L,scanning speed of 50 mV/s and under the condition of modified electrode response value and the concentration of rutin in0.05~20?M range has a good linear relationship,R~2 is 0.9929,the modified electrodes preparation is simple,of rutin detection sensitivity, good selectivity, and is a widely application prospect. The modified electrode was applied to the determination of rutin in black tea samples, and the recovery was between 97.0 and 104.3%.3.Electrodeposition was used to prepare chemically modified electrode based on graphene/carbon nanotubes/gold nanocomposites. The electrochemical response of the modified electrode to rutin was studied, and a new method for determination of rutin was established. In the experiment, electrochemical impedance method was used to characterize the electrode, and cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry were used to study the electrochemical behavior of rutin on the modified electrode in phosphate buffer. The results showed that the modified electrode of the new nanocomposite material had obvious electrocatalytic effect on rutin.Under the optimal conditions,he oxidation peak current and rutin concentration showed A good linear relationship within the range of 0.005~2.0?M?2.0~15?M,and the detection limit was 0.002?M(S/N=3).The modified electrode has high sensitivity and good stability.rGO-MWCNTs-GNPs/GCE was applied to the sample determination and labeling recovery experiment, and the recovery rate was between 97.4 and103.9%.Therefore,this electrode can be used to determine the content of rutin in rutin tablets.
