China's nuclear industry continues to develop,and more stringent requirements are imposed on the nuclear power fuel industry in the nuclear industry.The safe operation of nuclear power plants is closely related to the quality of nuclear fuel components.In the production process of nuclear fuel components,the zirconium pipe components need to be tested for the quality of the groove at both e nds of the zirconium pipe before the end plug welding.Most of the current tests are manually carried out and cannot meet the accuracy requirements.Due to the use of machine vision defect detection technology can greatly improve the detection efficiency a nd detection accuracy,and is used by many enterprises in the detection of groove quality of pipe components.The paper selected the topic of the automatic detection and transformation project of zirconium tube component end plug welding of a nuclear fuel component manufacturer.Based on the demand for groove defect detection of the enterprise,a set of on-line inspection system for zirconium component based on machine vision was replaced to replace the current manual sampling.The detection method realizes better control of the production quality of the zirconium tube components and reduces the working intensity of the operators.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)By analyzing the requirements of the on-line detection system of the end plug welding groove,the functional requirements of the detection system are clarified,and the software and hardware technical indicators of the system are determined.The system design principles are elaborated in detail,and the system process,visual p art and system software design process and results are elaborated based on the system design principles.(2)For the design of the optical imaging system,a single-sided sub-area multiple imaging and one-time imaging at both ends are proposed.According to the experimental results of the two experiments,the final selection of both ends of the imaging is determined.A composite lighting method is proposed.It is verified by experiments that the imaging effect is better than that of a single light source.According to the technical requirements,the hardware scheme of the end-plug welding groove on-line detection system is built,and the auto-focus algorithm and defect detection algorithm in the detection system are expounded.(3)The requirements of the database system in the detection system are analyzed,and the goals of the database system design are clarified.Established a connection between the database and LabVIEW,clarified the data type and storage method of the database system to store data,and estab lished a database table.The database system query function,display function and delete function are realized.(4)Establish a top-up diagram of the host computer control system to determine the connection between software and hardware.Combined with the r equirements of the architecture of the detection system,the traditional producer-consumer architecture model is optimized,and the system functional architecture is determined.The login module,the main interface module,the visual debugging module,the component package information entry module and the defect detection module are implemented.The detection system is put into operation,the detection time of a single zirconium tube component is 9.8 s,the detection rate is 100%,and the accuracy rate is greater than 99.99%.
