Case Study Of Local Classification And Reduction Of Rural Household Waste In Ya’an City

In June 2019,President Xi Jinping put forward clear requirements for the work related to waste classification,pointing out in particular that the current significance of waste classification work is of great significance,which is conducive to the rational allocation and utilization of various resources and the improvement of people’s living environment.It can also reflect the level of social civilization to a certain extent.All over the country,immediate action,have pressed the garbage classification work "fast forward key." However,China’s rural population accounted for about 40.42 percent of the country’s population,according to National Bureau of Statistics of the People’s Republic of China statistics at the end of 2018.With the economic development and the improvement of farmers ’living standards,rural household waste has become more and more numerous and diversified,if not disposed of in a timely and comprehensive manner.Not only will it lead to serious waste of resources,but it will also cause serious pollution to the environment,cause extremely adverse effects on the ecological and social development,and hinder the development process of "beautiful China".The case selected in this paper,"Gaogang model" was selected as a typical case of reform in Sichuan province.Based on the actual situation of underdeveloped rural areas,the people are fully mobilized to participate in the enthusiasm,and have achieved effective results in the management of rural household waste.From the perspective of people-oriented theory,the case is studied from the perspective of the three ways of realizing the human-centered principle(flexible management,energy level management,and power management),and how the government and the villagers can complement each other in consultation and governance.How to achieve resource reduction and reduction of rural waste management,how to reduce the pressure on rural waste management,so as to achieve the long-term long-term control of rural household waste as the research theme,discuss the effective management model of rural household waste,and summarize the practices and results of the "Gaogang model".It is of great significance to innovate and upgrade the management model and mechanism and establish a scientific and perfect governance strategy.It is of great significance to deal with the environmental problems caused by domestic rural household waste,avoid secondary pollution and improve the quality of life of farmers.It is of great significanceto jointly deal with the increasing pollution of rural household waste,so that the rural ecological environment can withstand the process of rural urbanization,and at the same time to promote the process of "beautiful China" construction.
