| At present,the replacement of non-renewable fossil energy with renewable resources to prepare common chemicals has attracted the attention and attention of all countries in the world.The development and utilization of biomass energy can not only effectively alleviate the energy crisis,but also have great significance for improving the ecological environment.Therefore,furfural has been widely used in industrial production as an important biomass-based platform molecule.Furfural is hydrolyzed by five carbon sugars,which have a relatively high chemical activity.Furfural can be converted to different products by adjusting the type of catalyst or changing the reaction conditions,such as decyl alcohol,cyclopentanone,cyclopentanol,1,2-pentanediol,tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol and the like.In this paper,a ZrO2 support was prepared and a Cu-ZrO2 metal supported catalyst was prepared by impregnation with Cu.The reaction was carried out in the reaction of furfural hydrogenation to produce decyl alcohol at a reaction temperature of 100℃,a reaction time of 1 h,and hydrogen pressure.The complete conversion of furfural was achieved under the conditions of 4 MPa and a catalyst dosage of 0.15 g,and the yield of sterol was also close to 100%.At the same time,XRD,BET,TPD,NH3-TPD,CO2-TPD and other characterization methods were used to characterize the surface state,specific surface area,acidity and alkalinity of the catalyst samples.The results show that the catalyst carrier has a large specific surface area.And pores,suitable acid and alkali,satisfying the elements of the catalyst carrier,and are very suitable as a carrier for supported catalysts,especially metal supported catalysts.It was found by XRD results that the active component supported on the surface of the support was mainly Cu,followed by a small amount of CuO,and the results were consistent with the properties of the catalyst.Moreover,the particle size of the active component and the distribution on the carrier are relatively uniform.In this paper,a series of ZrO2 supported Cu catalysts were prepared by coprecipitation method and used to catalyze the reaction of furfural hydrogenation rearrangement to prepare cyclopentanone.The results showed that the yield of cyclopentanone was as high as 76.1%under the conditions of reaction temperature of 150℃,reaction time of 3 h,hydrogen pressure of 4MPa and catalyst dosage of 0.15 g.The optimum catalyst synthesis conditions were selected by changing the synthesis conditions of the catalyst:the reactants were simultaneously added dropwise,stirred at 600 r/min for 30 min,placed in an oven at 150℃for 24 h,calcined at 450℃,and reduced at 450℃to reduce hydrogen.Time is 3.5h. |
