Heat treatment plays a key role in the machinery manufacturing industry and is an indispensable basic industry in the country.It plays an important role in improving the performance of workpieces,exploring the potential of materials,and extending the life of workpieces.Atmospheric carburizing is the most common and developed chemical process technology in chemical heat treatment technology.Its role is to strengthen the toughness,hardness and fatigue resistance of workpieces.While improving the carbon potential stability of the furnace atmosphere of the heat treatment furnace and improving the product quality of the parts,it is very meaningful to study the optimization process of the atmosphere usage in the heat treatment process.This paper is mainly about the optimization of process parameters in heat treatment production.The research method is based on Aspen Plus software and genetic algorithm.The Aspen Plus software is very powerful,especially for physical systems,and is the most complete for the chemical industry.This software is widely used in process simulation of the chemical industry.Genetic algorithm is a global and efficient optimization search algorithm based on natural selection and genetic theory.First of all,briefly introduces the development and application status of heat treatment process and chemical process simulation.The carburizing process of the controlled atmosphere sealed box batch type furnace is taken as the object,and the characteristics of carburizing process and carburizing reaction are studied in details,which is used as the simulation and process parameter optimization and analysis for the heat treatment carburizing reaction.The necessary knowledge is prepared.Then,the Supercarb atmosphere is selected as the research object,and the combination of propane and air,which is very typical in the atmosphere,is used as the atmosphere.The widely used chemical simulation software Aspen plus is used as a platform to establish a reasonable atmosphere.The simulation process of the carburization reaction is compared with the parameters of the actual process production results in the references to verify the feasibility of the simulation process.The genetic algorithm was then used to optimize the flow parameters of the feed propane and air from the software simulation process.At the same time,the optimization process of Aspen plus is optimized for the process parameters in the simulation process and compared with the optimization results of the genetic algorithm,thus verifying the rationality and correctness of the genetic algorithm.Based on this,the parameters of the whole process segment are optimized.In order to carry out the actual simulation verification of the optimized process parameters,the atmosphere panel for the heat treatment carburizing process was improved,and the gas mass flow meter was added.The set value is transmitted to the flow controller using the analog input and output module of the programmable controller.The value is collected and processed.The atmosphere can be quantitatively put into the heat treatment carburizing furnace,instead of the process tests before the formal production,and the given value is the flow value obtained by optimizing the process parameter data.Finally,the process production software used in the heat treatment batch type furnace is used to simulate the process parameters of the optimized process parameters,and the simulation result curve is checked to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the optimization.
