This paper is based on the background of Hongyang No.2 mine,for coal seam mining in fault water protection design of coal pillar width problems,using field data collection,laboratory test,theoretical calculation and numerical analysis method,studies the affected by the mining stress in the process of working face advancing,fault and aquifer water,the water in the protective coal pillar and the seepage law of roof and the roof of the vertical stress distribution laws and migration characteristics.The"working face system"under the seepage condition of"water-conducting fault-protecting coal pillar"is established.The final width determination scheme of protecting coal pillar in each working face of Hongyang No.2 mine is put forward.The main content is as follows:(1)The test coal and rock samples were extracted in the mining area.Through natural water content test,saturated water content test and uniaxial compression test of each key layer under different water content,the change rules of mechanical characteristics of coal and rock mass under different water content were revealed.Based on the analysis of the water-conducting fault formed by the connection between the mining stress of the fault and the aquifer,the occurrence state of the water-conducting fault is defined,and the water-gushing situation of the working face is analyzed by the method of correlation comparison;(2)The fluid-structure coupling governing equation can be expressed by displacement and pore pressure.By calculating the width range of coal pillar protection,the seepage rule of water guide fault in coal pillar protection and the failure rule of coal pillar protection at different widths were studied by using the finite element software FLAC3D,taking 1201 working face as an example;(3)The working face system is established under the seepage condition of"water-guiding fault and protecting coal pillar",the width of protecting coal pillar of several working faces is determined,and the influence rule of water-guiding fault on the width of protecting coal pillar of several working faces is expounded.The paper has 51 figures,10 tables and 75 references.
