| Aiming at the problem of low efficiency of commom wet dedusting caused by the difficulty of coal dust being wetted by water,the mechanism of wetting coal dust with compound wetting agent and the optimization of formula of new compound wetting agent were comprehensively and systematically studied by theoretical analysis and experimental research.Finally,three new types of compound wetting agents were developed.The basic characteristics of coal samples collected from Hongyang No.2 Coal Mine are studied by experiments.The results show that the type of coal in Hongyang No.2 Coal Mine is fat coal,and its coal dust belongs to strong hydrophobic coal dust,which is difficult to be wetted by water.Adding surfactant can effectively improve the wetting effect of water on coal dust.The results of coal dust particle size analysis show that the self-made coal dust has similar particle size distribution with the coal dust produced in the mining face.The self-made coal dust can be used to replace the coal dust produced in the mining face to carry out the coal dust settlement experiment.The mechanism of surfactant wetting coal dust is analyzed by studying the mechanism of wetting phenomenon and the structure of surfactant.The special amphiphilic structure of surfactant reduces the interfacial tension between the solution and the coal dust surface,making the coal dust more easily wetted by the solution.The sedimentation rate of coal dust in 22 different types of surfactants and the synergistic effect of different inorganic salts on surfactant wetting coal dust were measured by coal dust sedimentation experiment.Finally,the Sodium dioctyl sulfosuccinate(Fast infiltration T)and SAS(SAS-60)in anionic surfactants,Dodecyl dimethyl amine oxide(OA-12)in amphoteric surfactants and Isodecanol polyoxyethylene ether(Lutensol XP-90)and Isooctanol polyoxyethylene ether(JFC-E)in non-ionic surfactants were selected as the optimum monomer of surfactant.The addition of inorganic salts has a higher synergistic effect on ionic surfactants,but no obvious synergistic effect on non-ionic surfactants.NaCl has the best synergistic effect among the four inorganic salts.The formulation schemes of three new types of compound wetting agents are preliminarily determined by preliminary formulation of the scheme of compound wetting agents,combined with uniform test and orthogonal test.The three schemes were compared through toxicity,water retention,corrosiveness and economic analysis.The application effect of the three schemes was tested by simulated spray and dusting experiments.The results showed that three new compound wetting agents had different emphasis on simplicity,water holding capacity,corrosion resistance,economy and efficiency,and the dusting efficiency of three new compound wetting agents was above 85%.Coal mining enterprises can choose freely according to their own conditions.This paper includes 20 figures,21 tables and 80 references. |
