| AN Chemical is affiliated to the Intermediates Division of Zhejiang ls Group.It is located in the Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone of Hangzhou Bay.It is mainly engaged in the development of intermediates in the amine and phenol industry chain.In recent years,an chemical has developed rapidly,but the level of safety management has not kept up with the progress of the company.In the past three years,there have been 103 accidents,and the security situation is grim.How to prevent accidents has become a top priority for corporate management.Based on the theory of accident causation,this paper summarizes and analyzes the overall situation of AN Chemical accident,and finds that the accidents caused by high-risk operations account for 63% of the total number of enterprise accidents.In the further analysis of the typical accident cases of enterprises,after analyzing the direct causes,indirect causes and root causes of the accidents,it is considered that the management of the high-risk operation monitoring links is weak,the overall quality of the guardians does not meet the requirements,and the guardianship is not universal.If you can do high-risk work monitoring,you can effectively prevent accidents.Through a company that has a 10-year “zero” accident and has a 10-year “zero” accident,they are in the high-risk operation risk control,and the guardianship is on-the-job management.The guardian is a professional and must pass the monitoring skills training.Drawing on DuPont’s successful experience and considering the company’s own characteristics,although it is impossible to allocate a large number of “professionals” that meet the requirements,the company implements four shifts and three systems with rich front-line staff resources,and the enterprise can cultivate "professionals" who monitor high-risk operations by itself.Training of highly qualified guardians ’teams to meet the needs of safe development through the implementation of a new training project for high-risk operational guardians.In the design of the training content,the theory of accident cause is fully utilized,and the theoretical knowledge and the actual situation of the object are directly combined to compile the training courseware from the unsafe behavior of the controller,and the training method is based on the on-site observation practice.Combine with Internet learning to further improve training efficiency;timely conduct training evaluation,verify training results,learn from experience,and continuously improve.Finally,it proposes to ensure the continuous and effective implementation of training for high-risk operation guardians from four aspects: training concept,training input,high-risk operation review and cultural atmosphere.Through research,it is believed that AN Chemical can train ordinary front-line employees to become professional guardians who meet the requirements of safety management by conducting training for high-risk operation guardians;using the theory of accident cause to carry out training for guardians can make the training work targeted and improve training.Efficiency;enterprises can effectively prevent accidents by improving the quality of guardians and strengthening risk management and control of high-risk operations. |
