Magnetron,as the only microwave source in microwave oven,has the advantages of high efficiency,high power,low cost,easy to use and low working voltage.It is widely used in industrial,food heating,military equipment and other fields.Household microwave oven is the most widely used application of magnetron.With microwave oven in radiation safety,operation convenience,functional diversity and cost control and other aspects of the continuous breakthrough and innovation,microwave oven has become an indispensable member of the home appliance industry.At present,microwave ovens begin to develop in a variety of ways.In order to meet people’s demand for flat ovens,it is necessary to design the magnetron components for microwave ovens.In this paper,based on scientific research project research discovers flattening with microwave magnetron design scheme of combining magnetron theory,theory of magnetic circuit design,the coil filter theory,radiation safety related knowledge,design a dramatically narrow width flattening with magnetron microwave components,and test this design through the various performance measures.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Introduce the development history and research status of magnetrons and magnetrons for microwave ovens,analyze the shortcomings of the existing structure and explain the design idea of magnetron for flat microwave oven.2.Introduce the components of the magnetron used in the traditional microwave oven and its working principle,elaborate on the space limitation and working temperature limitation of the traditional magnetic circuit design,and carry out the reductive simulation of the traditional magnetic circuit through the CST software.3.Use CST to construct three magnetic circuit design schemes: single-sided guided magnetic circuit model,symmetric guided magnetic circuit model,and symmetric enhanced magnetic circuit model,and systematically compare and simulate permanent magnet materials,quantity,size,and spatial distribution Then find out their respective optimal structures,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the three schemes and determine that the flattened magnetron uses a symmetrically enhanced magnetic circuit.4.Based on the size of the flattened magnetic circuit system,the filtering structureof the flattened magnetron was proposed by combining the knowledge of LC low-pass filter and magnetron noise theory,and the parameters were analyzed and optimized to design a new type of flattened filter box.5.Introduced the processing process of magnetron components,processed the flat magnetron sample tubes,and measured the experimental construction of a number of magnetron parameters,compared and analyzed the experimental data with the design indicators of magnetron,and verified that the flat magnetron designed in this paper meets the requirements in terms of performance.6.Summarize the work done in this paper,put forward further optimization Suggestions for the components of magnetron for flat microwave oven,and look forward to the application prospect.
