In recent years,with the rapidly developing of economy,air pollution is becoming more and more serious.The number of haze has gradually increased,which poses a great threat to human health.Fine particles are one of the main causes of air pollution.Wet electrostatic precipitator is one of the effective methods to solve this problem.However,the current wet electrostatic precipitator has many problems,such as large water consumption,corrosion of polar plate and uneven distribution of water film.The V-I characteristics and the removal efficiency of particulate matter under different operating parameters,the dust removal efficiency of wet membrane electrostatic precipitator at different temperature and the water film thickness on the surface of the four kinds of dust collector plates at different flow rates were studied using four kinds of polar plates as dust collector.With the increase of the wind speed of the electric field,the dust removal efficiency of the four kinds of dust collector plates is decreasing.With the increase of water supply flow,the dust removal efficiency of three kinds of dust collecting plates,such as glass fiber,carbon fiber and polyvinyl chloride,is on the rise.With the increase of the quantity of powder,the dust removal efficiency of the four kinds of dust collector plates increases firstly and then decreases.When the wind speed of electric field is 0.8 m/s,the water supply flow is 700 L/h,the quantity of powder is 17 g/min and the voltage is 65 kV,the efficiency of glass fiber electrode is the highest 98.54%.When the wind speed of electric field is 0.8 m/s,the water supply flow is 700 L/h,the quantity of powder is 23 g/min and the voltage is 60 kV,the efficiency of the PVC electrode is the highest 99.26%.When the electric field velocity is 0.8 m/s,the water supply flow is 700 L/h,the quantity of powder is 23 g/min and the voltage is 65 kV,the carbon fiber electrode has the highest dust removal efficiency of 99.19%.When the wind speed of electric field is 0.8 m/s,the water supply flow is 600 L/h,the quantity of powder is 17 g/min and the voltage is 60 kV,the metal plate electrode has the highest dust removal efficiency of 98.17%;The efficiency of dust removal increased with the addition of metal plates,but the efficiency of dust removal decreased with the increase of distance;When the electrode of glass fiber,the increase of temperature is more advantageous to remove the small particle size dust.,while that of carbon fiber is more favorable to the removal of large particle dust.In the end,the water film thickness of four kinds of dust collecting plates with different water supply flow is experimentally tested.The results show that the thickness of the water film on the surface of the dust collector increases with the increase of water flow.At the same flow rate,the thickness of the water film is from large to small,which is the glass fiber > carbon fiber >PVC> metal plate;The water film thickness on the surface of four kinds of dust collecting plates is basically stable in the transverse direction of perpendicular to the water flow direction.
