| China is a large country of crayfish breeding and production.Due to its high protein content and balanced nutrition structure,crayfish is one of the most popular foods among consumers.However,as a trusted commodity,consumers usually judge the quality of crayfish by its appearance and color,so they cannot directly know its internal quality.And the circulation of crayfish is divided into four links: breeding,processing,wholesale and retail.Therefore,it is very difficult to achieve all-round quality supervision.At present,the food traceability system is mainly faced with the problems of non-standard information collection,unsafe data storage,vulnerability of central system to attack and lack of privacy in the process of information exchange between enterprises.Through the decentralization of blockchain technology,the establishment of a real-time and effective crayfish traceability system is an important part of the modernization and informatization of the crayfish industry.It can also enable the crayfish to achieve quality safety traceability and accountability traceability,and improve the credibility of China’s crayfish industry.This paper aims to design and implement the crawfish traceability system,so that the information of all circulation links of crawfish are related to each other,and form a food safety traceability chain with the nature of source traceability,verifiable whereabouts and accountability.In order to achieve the whole process of quality and safety of crayfish seamless supervision,strengthen the circulation link between the enterprises and the management of mutual cooperation between the mouth.The crawfish quality traceability system aims to strengthen the digital management of crawfish in all circulation links,and realize the information tracking and quality supervision of the whole process of "breeding,processing,circulation and use" of crawfish.Based on the decentralized characteristics,collective maintenance,consensus trust and the advantages of reliable database of blockchain technology,this paper discusses the application of blockchain in quality traceability of crayfish and the construction of quality traceability system. |
