Nanocomposites have been widely studied in recent decades due to their superior performance than conventional materials.They have been applied in many fields.Nanoscale dielectric materials have several orders of magnitude higher than those traditional dielectric materials,and have been applied in the related fields.However,the field of high voltage motor has not reached the extent of application.If it can be applied to nano dielectrics of high-voltage insulation of electrical machines,it will greatly enhance the service life and the breakdown strength of the main insulation performance,to improve the generator capacity,reducing the thickness of insulation,improve heat dissipation,and will have a positive impact on the miniaturization of equipments.In this project,nano composite multi mica tape was prepared by introducing inorganic nano powder into epoxy adhesive,and the effects of dispersing method,powder type and powder dosage on the properties of mica tape were studied.?1?The sand mill with diameter of 0.2mm zirconia beads,on the surface after coupling processing of Al2O3 and SiO2 nano powders were dispersed,can achieve the basically monodisperse;on the surface of nano TiO2 without coupling treatment can also be basically monodisperse;but on the surface without coupling treatment the nano SiO 2 sand aggregates dispersed,powder agglomeration is 100200nm in the adhesive resin.?2?By using monodisperse nanocomposite adhesives,the binder with lower powder content can be prepared through simple dilution,and nanoparticles can remain the original dispersion state.?3?The dispersion of nanoscale powders is closely related to the electrical life of the mica tape solidified substance.The less the agglomeration of the powder,the longer the electrical life of the solidified substance.When there are more agglomeration of nano powder,the electrical life of the solidified substance will be reduced by introducing nano powder.When the amount of nano Al2O3 in the binder is 5%and basically monodisperse,the weibull characteristic value of the electrical life of the mica tape curing material is 47h,which is two times of that of the powder free mica tape.?4?Comparative experiments show that,except for the nano SiO2 powder without coupling treatment on the powder surface,other nano powders can enhance the electrical life,thermal conductivity and density of the mica tape curing material.?5?By adding 2%powders after surface coupling treatment of nano SiO2 in mica tape adhesive,the comprehensive properties of the mica tape of mica tape before curing good adhesion stratification,cured life electrical and thermal conductivity and other key performance compared with no powder mica tape is improved,can meet the basic industry production requirements.
