With the popularization of smart devices and the country's strong support and guidance for electric vehicles,the demand for high-power energy storage devices in China is also increasing.Based on the above considerations,energy storage devices will play a crucial role in the recent development of our country.The commonly used electrode material is a carbon material.The material play a great role in the performance of the supercapacitor.The use of nitrogen doping technology to modulate carbon-based nanomaterials is one of the important methods for modifying the properties of carbon.So experience the following:?1?Using air and nitrogen as nitrogen sources,respectively,to compare the gaps between them,and using alternating current?AC?to stimulate corona discharge to modify the surface of carbon nanotubes.After using nitrogen as a nitrogen source,the nitrogen doping amount as nitrogen source can reach more than 0.9%,and the original specific capacitance is less than 50 F g-1.After being functionalized,the specific capacitance is increased by about 40%or more at different current densities.At 0.2 A g-1,the specific capacitance increased by about 52%,and 80%of the initial capacitances are kept up to 2000 runs for the functioned CNT.?2?Ammonia is used as a nitrogen source,and the surface of the carbon nanotubes is modified by alternating current?AC?and direct current?DC?excitations at atmospheric pressure and low temperature plasma,respectively.The original carbon nanotubes failed to detect the presence of nitrogen.After treatment,the doped amount could reach 2.0%or more.The original specific capacitance was less than 50F g-1.After the functionalization,the specific capacitance increased by more than20%.80%of the initial capacitances can offer 4000 runs for the functioned CNT.?3?Carbon fiber surface gum is removed by heat treatment.Acidification of concentrated acid can introduce oxygen-containing groups into the carbon fiber.N2cold plasma treatment is introduced into the nitrogen-containing group,and the doped mount of the functional heteroatoms can reach 22%,and the doped amount of nitrogen atoms can reach 4.23%.85%of the initial capacitances are kept up to 2000runs for the functioned CF.?4?Using H2O2 as initiator and HClO4 as doping agent,polyaniline is used as nitrogen doping precursor to grow on graphene sheet to increase graphene sheet.As the lithium air electrode catalyst,nitrogen-doped graphene can induce the formation of film-like and small-sized discharge products.Due to the high charge transfer capability and ORR activity,nitrogen-doped graphene affords high full-discharge capacity and lifespan.
