With the development of society,people pay more and more attention to environment protection,urban garbage and so on.Urban environment and sanitation system is related to people's living conditions.Waste Collection and Transportation System as a part of the system needs our attention.Nowadays,the research on urban garbage collection and transportation system mainly focuses on big cities and countryside.Scholars seldom do research on the garbage collection and transportation system of small cities.The research on this system are only about one aspect,such as the optimization of collection routes,or the optimization of transshipment routes.No consideration has been given to the overall study of the system.Firstly,Xiangcheng's dispatching optimization of garbage volume in 2030 was studied.Considering the location of transfer stations,the capacity of transfer stations,the estimated driver labor cost,vehicle maintenance cost,other vehicle costs,vehicle depreciation cost,fuel cost and other costs,this paper figures out the direct transportation cost per kilometer and the transfer cost per kilometer.Xiangcheng's dispatch of garbage volume are optimized according to the principle of production and marketing balance.Secondly,this paper optimizes the garbage collection route of Xiangcheng.It is divided into three steps.The first step is grouping that Xiangcheng County's collection points are divides into 14 groups.The second step is to give the initial planning path from the collection points to the small transshipment stations.The third step is to establish the VRP model and optimize the initial path planning using genetic annealing algorithm.Finally,Xiangcheng's garbage transit route is optimized.The optimization of garbage transit route is based on the urban road network.It is also divided into three steps.Firstly,the current road network of Xiangcheng needs to be constructed.Secondly,the actual road traffic situation needs to be reflected.Finally,the shortest path from 14 small transfer stations to the North transfer center is solved by Dijkstra algorithm.Through the above research,the following conclusions are drawn: 1)The transportation dispatching of the 7 township garbage transfer stations in Xiangcheng is optimized in 2030.The mode of garbage transport in each township is determined.The garbage can be directly transported to the treatment plant,or be transported by the secondary transport mode.or be transported by the combination of the two modes.2)The garbage collection route of the current urban area of Xiangcheng is Optimized,which reduced the transportation cost by 39.67%.This way can greatly save the expenditure in the garbage collection process.3)The specific driving route of the 14 small transfer stations in Xiangcheng to the Chengbei Transit Center was determined.
