Application Research Of Energy Consumption Test And Calculation Method Of Gas Field Production System

As the country's economic development model a gradual transition to a low-carbon economy mode,in order to achieve energy conservation and emissions reduction,and clean production,reduce environmental pollution,natural gas as a clean and efficient energy,the future will greatly improve the ratio of the primary energy consumption in our country.During the 13 th five-year plan period,natural gas accounted for 8% of the total energy consumption structure.With the increasing demand for natural gas in China,the development and production of natural gas fields will be increased in the future.While developing natural gas fields,we should also protect the local ecological environment,which requires effective monitoring and management of the energy consumption of gas fields.Energy consumption test and calculation of gas field work as the basis of energy management technology,there is no related test and calculation method of energy consumption,greatly restricted the gas field production enterprise energy management work.Within the scope of this article through to sinopec 22 actual research test of gas field,the production system is divided into gas recovery and gathering,purification,three production units,heating furnace,pump,compressor and such equipment as the main energy consumption equipment,and it is concluded that the energy consumption of the main energy consumption equipment testing and calculation method.In the research and testing,the specific compensation measures for the high energy consumption of air cooler,boiler fan and blower were put forward.The power saving rate was 20.7%~ 27.6%,and the energy saving effect was obvious.The improvement of the heat efficiency furnace was proposed,and the energy saving rate was 21.8% and 17.7 %.In this paper,the test method and calculation method is helpful to realize gas production test and management system energy consumption and standardization,promote the comprehensive work of gas enterprise energy management.This method can make the energy consumption of gas field production system fully,accurately and intuitively,and provide accurate and reliable data support for management decision making..
