Under the background of rapid economic development,China's increasing demand for power supply,the State Grid is bound to gradually expand the construction scale of transmission lines,and the contradiction between the increase in energy demand and the decreasing energy resources is gradually intensifying.When the transmission line passes through the coal resource area,the problem of how to efficiently recover coal resources under the premise of ensuring the safety of the transmission line arises.The corner tower is a very important part of the transmission line and is located between the two tension sections.The situation is more complicated than the linear tower.This paper studies the problem of coal recovery under the 330 KV corner tower in 2311 working face of Cuijiagou Coal Mine in Shaanxi Province.The numerical analysis method was used to study the change law of internal force and deformation of the line structure of the corner tower subjected to various surface deformations.The horizontal deformation was studied from three directions,and the tilt and horizontal movement were studied.Compound loading analysis was conducted to study the changes of the tower bar stress in the tower line body,the reaction force of the bearing,the comprehensive displacement of the tower top,the guide,and the ground stress with the displacement of the bearing.The performance analysis can obtain the limit value of the tower line body structure affected by the ground deformation.MSAS subsidence prediction system based on probability integral method is used to predict the surface movement and deformation caused by mining under the330 kV corner tower.Five prediction models were established to predict the surface deformation under different mining thicknesses and different mining ranges,and the unsuitability of the original scheme and the movement trajectory of the tower body with the surface deformation were obtained.By comparing the predicted results of the five schemes with the ANSYS simulation of the ultimate deformation data of the tower body,the optimal scheme suitable for mining under the 330 kV corner tower is analyzed.The paper has 162 pictures,37 tables and 93 references.
