Hydrodechlorination technology refers to make organic chloride to undergo a series of selective reactions and remove chlorine atoms by introducing hydrogen atoms under the related catalysts.In this way,the damage of chlorine-containing organics to the environment can be reduced and get more ideal products can be prepared.Hydrodechlorination technology is the greenest,healthiest,most economical,most energy-efficient and most promising method way during the treatment technology of chlorine-containing organic compounds.In this article,the porous metal organic open-framework UIO-66 was used as the basic material for preparing palladium-loaded zirconium-based microporous coordination polymer composite.Without adding cap reagent,the Zr-MOF with high specific surface area and stable structure were used to disperse palladium nanoparticles into Zr-MOF structure by equal volume impregnation-in-situ reduction of organic solvent.The cage structure was used to control the size of palladium nanoparticles and restrict the agglomeration of palladium nanoparticles or platinum nanoparticles.Thereby,a palladium-loaded zirconium-based microporous coordination polymer has been achieved.Next,the prepared catalyst were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),infrared spectroscopy(IR)and N2 isothermal adsorption at 77 K.The effect on the catalytic reaction was studied under different temperature conditions and reaction time conditions.The results show that palladium nanoparticles(PdNPs)present uniformly dispersed nanoparticles(particle size 5-8 nm).Then the performance of the catalyst to reduce several compounds was studied under different conditions.Pd@UI066catalyst has high catalytic activity.At 40 ℃,60 ℃,80 ℃,10 mg catalyst and 50 mg p-nitrotoluene,o-nitrotoluene,p-chlorophenol,o-chlorophenol for 40,60,80 minutes are used,Pd@ UIO-66 catalyst can only react with ortho compounds.The dechlorination effect is best at 80 ℃,60 minutes,and the dechlorination effect can rea ch 95%.
