Due to the fact that,in the recent years,our domestic government raises more rigorous requirements of environmental protection.Industrial sewage disposal ability relates to the survival and benefits of any factory,but also to the sound of the ecological environment.The pH control in industrial sewage disposal is virtually a neutralization process of acid and alkali,which is time-delay and nonlinear.Thus,relevant mathematical model is hard to establish;so that the some conventional control methods is difficult to control sewage disposal process.In this paper,the control process of sewage pH is studied.Fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm and PSO-BP optimized PID method are used to control the sewage pH value respectively.Fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm is a fuzzy deduction process using fuzzy self-adapting rules,and adjusting the data by referring to the fuzzy matrix table.PSO-BP optimizes the weights and threshold of BP network by using the global optimization ability and strong convergence of the PSO algorithm,so as to optimize the parameters of the PID controller.Then several control algorithms are programmed and simulated under MATLAB/simulink respectively.The experimental results show that PSO-BP-PID controller is more suitable for sewage pH control.After the selection of control methods,it turns to the design and debugging the software as well as hardware.The hardware system is composed of industrial computer,PLC,some electrical components and etc..The software system consists of PLC program,Kingview configuration software and MATLAB.The upper computer program of the system is redeveloped on the basis of Kingview software developed by the Subcontrol Science and Technology Company,using Kingview command language function.In addition,the hybrid programming of Kingview and MATLAB is realized through data exchange protocol,and the PSO-BP control algorithm based on Kingview software is developed.Finally,the two schemes are applied in the real-time monitoring and control system of pH in a company's sewage treatment pond.From the actual operation data of the system application,the PSO-BP PID control bases on Kingview software in this paper is more effective and reliable in controlling the pH of sewage.It meets the requirement of a company for the treatment of sewage pH.The pH of the treated sewage meets governments' mandatory standard of sewage discharge.The subsequently optimized application will be gradually upgraded to utilize in the sewage treatment to improve the stability of sewage disposal.
