This paper uses cellulose fiber,cobble(coarse aggregate),sand(fine aggregate)and cement(cementitious material)to prepare wood fiber concrete.The compressive strength is experimentally studied,the thermal conductivity is theoretically and numerically studied,and the influence of wood fiber content on concrete performance is analyzed.In order to make up the blank of wood fiber concrete in the field of thermal insulation,this paper mainly studies the following content so as to promote the research and development of wood fiber concrete in a deeper level.(1)Preparation of wood fiber concrete.Wood fiber is chosen due to its characters(common and inexpensive)and well performance,and the reasonable contents of wood fiber,water-cement ratio,sand ratio and other factors are determined.Finally,five groups of wood fiber concrete are made from cement,cobble,ordinary sand and wood fiber,the addition value of wood fiber is variable,and its dosage is 0kg/m~3,0.3kg/m~3,0.8kg/m~3,2kg/m~3 and 5kg/m~3 respectively.(2)The strength and density properties of wood fiber reinforced concrete in different amounts of wood fiber are determined,and the effect of wood fiber content on concrete performance is studied.The results show that a certain amount of wood fiber substitution can improve the compressive strength of concrete,and with the increase of fiber content,the density of wood fiber concrete decreases first and then increases.(3)The mathematical model of thermal conductivity of fiber reinforced concrete is established by using the principle of minimum resistance and equivalent thermal conductivity,and the influence of wood fiber on thermal conductivity of concrete is studied.The validity and reliability of the theoretical model of fiber reinforced concrete are verified by comparing the theoratical deduction value with the measured value from the corresponding test.(4)Through the thermal analysis function of Abaqus/CAE module,the numerical model of wood fiber concrete is established.The numerical simulation method mainly studies the heat flux and temperature field distribution situation of wood fiber concrete with specific thermodynamic parameters,and internal work performance of wood fibers in the concrete is analysed.The validity and reliability of the numerical model is verified when comparing the deviation between theorectical deduction values and numerical analyzing values.
