| Widely used in the field of domestic and international oil and gas transportation pipeline SCADA,once a part of the SCADA failure may lead to paralysis of the entire control system,causing the occurrence of pressure pipe explosion accident.In order to guarantee when the system accident happen and the emergency process can respond quickly,it is important to shorten the time of loading and unloading the spare parts and improve the efficiency of the storage and delivery of spare parts.The current crude oil pipeline SCADA maintenance center types of spare parts inventory,warehouse inventory of high frequency,large workload,spare parts management is still in the artificial memory and manual records,rely on the traditional paper files to record and track the spare parts storage,consumes more manpower and energy.At the same time,the operation record of the library personnel is unstable and the error rate is high.The quality of the spare parts management is not high and the work efficiency is low,which seriously affects the response speed of the accident emergency.According to the actual demand,based on the.NET architecture,using the international standard software platform,tool and interface format,according to the emergency spare parts develop their own characteristics of the system module interface,report style,business process,the establishment of information management platform to improve the efficiency of spare parts,spare parts storage,each link and check etc.Through the introduction of wireless barcode recognition technology,using the VC++ platform serial program written for the two interface development,to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of data acquisition of spare parts,to some extent reduce the labor intensity of manual input data.In the system design phase,the system conceptual structure design,database design and system architecture design have been completed.The conceptual structure design of the system is abstracted as the information structure according to the module,and each function module is displayed by the E-R model.Then the database is designed according to the E-R diagram.System consists of the infrastructure layer(barcode printers,wireless barcode scan code and other related external gun)equipment,equipment control interface,application layer,the main function of the system by the "spare parts and spare parts maintenance subsystem,management subsystem,business approval subsystem and basic management subsystem four subsystems.After the completion of the system design,the system main interface,"basic information management,material management,warehousing and material base to maintain approval function of each module of management " was implemented.The results show that the system can operate according to the functional requirements,to achieve the desired results,the spare parts rely on the low efficiency of manual work and record the real problem,the realization of network management. |
