With the acceleration of economic development and industrialization,greenhous gas emissions such as carbon dioxide are also increasing.This will lead to climate change,sea level rise,extreme weather and frequent climate events and other environmental deterioration problems,which will have a serious impact on the human living environment influences.In today’s era,countries around the world are becoming more globalized,and the study of carbon footprint has been given greater significance.One of the important ways to evaluate greenhouse gas emissions is carbon footprint accounting.Cement products play an extremely important role in the development of the global economy,but at the same time,the production of cement has produced enormous carbon dioxide emissions,which has aggravated the severity of the global climate change problem.Therefore,the emission control of cement production has an important impact on global climate change issues.It is very necessary for us to study the carbon footprint accounting method of cement products.This not only helps companies identify the main relevant factors of their own carbon footprint accounting for cement products,so as to fomulate practical and effective The carbon reduction plan suitable for itself plays an important role,and also provides great help to the national and local industries in guiding industrial structure adjustment and proposing carbon emission reduction measures.This article is based on the above research objectives to carry out the carbon footprint accounting research of cement products.Firstly,the connotation and accounting methods of carbon footprint are sorted out and summarized.The life cycle assessment method has a strong applicability to the calculation of product carbon footprint.Secondly,the classification and standards of cement products are introduced in detail.According to the chemical composition,it can be divided into silicate cement,aluminate cement and non-clinker(less clinker)cement;according to the use and performance,it can be divided into General cement,special cement and special cement.At present,domestic cement standards are set according to the purpose of cement,and standards for general cement,special cement and special cement are set respectively and the corresponding strength grades of general cement are given.Thirdly,according to the current national cement and energy consumption standards,the carbon footprint of the general portland cement production process was calculated using the life cycle assessment method,and the carbon footprint calculation results of the general portland cement products were analyzed.The results showed that The greater the amount of mixed materials,the smaller the carbon emissions.Among the various links in cement production,the largest carbon emission is the physicochemical reaction caused by the decomposition of carbonate,followed by fuel combustion and power consumption.Finally,targeted carbon reduction measures were proposed,including:vigorously encouraging cement companies to continue to increase the development of circular economy,increase the awareness of carbon reduction in the production and use of cement in the whole society from the source;make full use of the strength of the industry to do a good job in the regional market Economic construction and coordinated development work,continuously upgrade and promote advanced technology and equipment,speed up the progress of cement production and carbon reduction;new road of green manufacturing and ecological design in the cement industry,improve environmental efficiency and comprehensive value index of cement products,and develop a circular low-carbon economy;Increase the use of alternative fuels,seek clinker replacement products to reduce carbon emissions from cement production;reduce carbon emissions from carbonate mineral decomposition and fuel combustion,that is,reduce the use of carbonate minerals and fuel;increase cement production The whole process of management and control,increase energy usage,strengthen the thermoelectric efficiency of cement production,and reduce the power consumption in cement production.
