Study On Production Efficiency Diagnosis And Improvement Of T Company's Kitchen Waste Recycling Workshop

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the quality of life and the continuous improvement of China's urbanization construction,people's living standard has also made a qualitative leap.When the market economy has changed from the seller's market to the buyer's market,there has been a substantial increase in household waste,kitchen waste,medical waste and construction waste.It will cause great pollution to the environment if we can't deal the problem.In order to protect resources,recycling related enterprises emerged.The difference between these enterprises and other manufacturing industries is that the good or bad production efficiency determines the good or bad living environment of people.The purpose of this paper is to improve the production efficiency of the manufacturing industry related to energy regeneration.Taking the kitchen waste recycling workshop of T company as an example,the thesis first sorted out the relevant theories and research results of lean production,production planning,and analysis of staff production patterns that can improve production efficiency.Secondly,this paper summarizes the current background and production status of the kitchen waste recycling workshop,analyzes the production process in the workshop,the quality of employees and the working environment,finds the factors that affect the production efficiency of the enterprise,and sets corresponding improvement measures for the impact.The research results of this paper are as follows:1.For the problem of low quality of employees in the enterprise,a series of rectification plans are formulated,from recruitment,training,personnel quality improvement strategy to the final master and deputy multi-functional jobs;2.Developed a flexible performance appraisal program for the non-obvious aspects of performance incentive measures and combined them with policies and methods corresponding to the improvement of skills;3.Solve the unreasonable arrangement of production workshop and production equipment by applying 6S management method and ABC classified inventory management method;...
