Hoisting man-riding equipment,which is widely applied to various types of mines,is an important mean of human transportation in underground coal mine.It is characterized by simple structure,safe and reliable movement,strong transport capacity,high operation efficiency and low cost.By effectively improving the production efficiency of coal mine and reducing the work intensity,hoisting man-riding equipment has become very popular and welcome among many coal production enterprises and mass employees.This article mainly focuses on the modification of the programmable process control system for hoisting man-riding equipment.PLC automatic control system was installed to achieve the goal of automatic run,real-time monitoring,safe and high efficiency,self-protection and unattended operation.The design and modification of this system can effectively raise the safety and reliability of the equipment,and also improve the immunity against external disturbances.The system has also helped reduce labor cost by using less people,cut down failure rate to make it easier to check and deal with problems that might happen at any time.The successful design and modification of hoisting man-riding equipment plays a crucial role in achieving the level turn of hoisting man-riding equipment in slope roadway and keeping the head and rear of machine still when getting on and off from it.Based on the fact that a certain coal mine has the problems of complicated roadway structure,high inclination angle and small space,the composition structure and the working principle of hoisting man-riding equipment was analyzed in the article,and the improvement method and route were also determined.The hoisting man-riding equipment was installed on the slope roadway with an inclination angle of 16.5°.Level turn was achieved by using gradient change point supporting roller group and level return point roller group.The gradient change point supporting roller group consists of three sway supporting roller groups and two miner steel cross conjunctions.The three sway rollers were hanged under the short miner steel miner steel cross conjunctions,thus forming the gradient change point supporting roller group.There is potential risk of rope broken or detaching if the hoisting man-riding equipment went too fast.Personal accidents might happen and the security of passengers are not guaranteed.Therefore,in order to improve the stability of the equipment as well as the safety of passengers,slide way get-on and off devices were used together with PLC control system.The get-on and off with automatic still of the machine head and rear was achieved,the security of getting on and off has been greatly enhanced.Dynamic model of the equipment was formed by computing and verifying the main technical parameters of the equipment.Based on dynamic simulation,the modified system was analyzed and models of key components and parts were built for analysis.Focus was put on the vibration performance of steel cable,whose coefficient reached the required level and was analyzed through finite element analysis.It was finally justified that the modified steel cable and the performance of driving wheel conform to the reality.The reliability of the system was also proved in practical application.
