| The relationship between supply and demand of rice in China is in a tight balance,which causes the tension between supply and demand of rice to some extent due to the loss of raw materials in the process of processing.According to the national standard,the broken rice indexes of early indicate rice and early japonica rice are 35% and 30% respectively,while the broken rice rates of late indicate rice and late japonica rice are 30% and 15% respectively.At present,most of China’s rice milling plants to reduce the rate of broken rice is the use of multi-channel light grinding,but after testing found that the rate of broken japonica rice is still between 10%-25%.Therefore,how to reduce the rate of broken rice is an urgent problem in the rice milling industry.In recent years,some scholars have used discrete element software for simulation analysis of granular materials to study the blanking and crushing process of brown rice.However,these scholars have not restored the crushing phenomenon of brown rice in the simulation experiment,which also has a certain impact on the experimental results.So to wipe off type rice milling machine as the research object in this paper,the proposed EDEM discrete element analysis software,through the design brush from the discrete element simulation scheme of rice mill,adopt the method of single factor experiment to explore the brush from the type of rice mill structure parameters on the movement of brown rice,the influence of the stress and broken,and use the multi-factor orthogonal experiment to find the grinding roller structure parameters and the greatest influence on broken rice rate in grinding roller structure parameters optimal matching.The specific work of this paper is as follows:(1)taking the eraser rice polisher as the research object,the structure of the blanking chamber of the rice polisher was simplified through the 3d modeling software Solidworks2016.And the method is the key to the white ground movement structure,adopt the method of reference design drawings for precise modeling and the structure of grinding white movement correlation is not strong,the particular case according to the simulation test for certain simplified,other in discrete element software can be replaced by the software function structure,such as driving system,frame structure is no longer such as drawing,us discrete element analysis software EDEM2.7 and modeling software Soldworks2016 were used to jointly construct the bonding model and sphere filling model of brown rice.The simulation experiment of blanking brown rice was conducted by introducing the sphere filling model of brown rice.The rationality and correctness of the simplification of blanking chamber structure were verified by comparing the research conclusions of other scholars.(2)choosing brown rice bonding model simulation test of brown rice white that comes to simulate a brown rice in the process of grinding white broken,with rice sieve shape,height,and the diameter of grinding roller grinding,grinding steel reinforcement number simulation for single factor experiment,by comparing single factor changes with the existing grinding white room for the movement of brown rice,stress and fracture structure,sum up the wipe off type regularity of brown rice and broken rice mill.(3)orthogonal test was used to analyze the factors that have the greatest influence on rice fragmentation in the roller structure and to find out the optimal matching of the roller structure with the lowest rice fragmentation rate. |
