After more than 40 years of reform and opening up,China has developed into the world's second largest economy and the largest energy consumer and carbon emitter.However,the rapid growth in the past few decades is mainly driven by extensive investment in energy resources and high consumption,and is accompanied by severe environmental pollution.Vigorously developing green finance is an urgent requirement to solve the increasingly severe energy and environmental problems,and it has become an important support and component to promote sustainable economic growth,resource development and environmental protection.China is in a critical period of economic and social transformation.To advance the supply-side reform and promote the sustainable development of resources and the environment,we need to adjust the energy structure and vigorously promote the development of the clean energy industry.The clean energy industry needs a lot of capital investment in the construction and development,and the financial support for the development of the clean energy industry faces a more prominent bottleneck.Social capital needs to be further activated,and the overall efficiency of its industrial investment development also needs to be improved.In the context of green finance,the shortcomings in the lack of social capital to support the development of the clean energy industry are expected to be resolved,and at the same time promote the transfer of government capital to social capital,and help to optimize the loan structure of the financial industry,increase loan income,and promote the green transformation of the financial industry.At the same time,research helps to optimize the drive of green finance for the development and use of clean energy,promote the development of new industrial systems with clean energy as the main axis in resource-endowed areas,and develop high-end industries with low energy consumption in developed areas,so as to achieve mutual interaction between regions.Supporting and forming a sustainable resource development and green growth pattern has positive theoretical value and practical significance.Firstly,this paper introduces the development status of green finance and clean energy industry.Green finance and clean energy industry coordinate with each other to jointly promote sustainable development.For clean energy industry projects,combined with the full life cycle theory(LCA),establish a bi-level multi-objective programming(BMOP),use carbon emissions,energy input return value(EROI)and net present value(NPV)to calculate and analyze the environment,energy and The economic impact of the joint investment benefit is optimized and combined with a case study of the Liangshan Prefecture Wind Power Base in Sichuan Province to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the model.Further,considering the sustainability of the clean energy industry in the context of green finance,a dynamic analysis model based on DEA is proposed to calculate the comprehensive(energy-environmental)efficiency of clean energy between regions in China and apply the model to The assessments of Chinese provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly analyzed the comprehensive efficiency of clean energy between different regions.The results show that the two-layer multi-objective investment benefit model can effectively optimize the comprehensive energy,environment and economic benefits of the clean energy industry.This paper analyzes the investment benefits and comprehensive efficiency of the clean energy industry in the context of green finance based on multidisciplinary intersections and theories and methods.Based on the actual situation in China,the investment benefits of the clean energy industry have been optimized,and the research method system can provide a reference for the development of clean energy industries in other regions of China and help promote the sustainable development of China's clean energy industry.On this basis,it depicts the regional differences in the overall efficiency of clean energy,and also provides a new reference for supporting the sustainable development and utilization of regional resources.
