With the rapid development of portable and wearable devices,Flexible supercapacitors are favored because of their small size,short charging time,high power density,strong cycle stability and green friendliness.As one of the core elements of flexible energy storage devices,Graphene/polymer based electrode composites stand out.Graphene has excellent electrical/thermal conductivity,flexibility and stability.Polyaniline?PANI?,as a conductive polymer,is easy to process and has good electrochemical activity.Graphene/PANI composite,which combines the advantages of both,is required to have excellent flexibility/deformation performance and maintain excellent electrochemical performance and has become one of the most active candidate materials for flexible electrodes.This paper mainly includes the following three parts:Part 1:Study on the simple preparation and electrochemical properties of flexible graphene/polyaniline paper:by means of simple mechanical mixing and vacuum filtration,polyaniline was polymerized in situ at low temperature between the layers of GO by adjusting the mass ratio of the precursor of graphene oxide?GO?and the monomer of aniline.After reduction by hydrogen iodate steam,the self-supporting flexible graphene/polyaniline composite paper?rGP?was obtained.The results show that when GO:An=3:1?mass ratio?,the mass and area specific capacitances of the flexible electrode reach 493 F/g and 692.8 mF/cm2respectively.After 10000 cycles,the capacity retention rate is about 82%,and the vacuum filtration method is simple and controllable,which can be applied to large-scale production.Part 2:Preparation and electrochemical properties of flexible porous graphene/polyaniline paper:porous graphene oxide?hGO?was obtained by in-plane drilling of GO nano sheet with H2O2,hGO and An were filtrated layer by layer by alternate filtration.At the same time,the monomer of An was polymerized in situ at room temperature by using the in-plane pores and oxygen-containing groups of hGO.After reduction in gas phase,flexible porous graphene/polyaniline composite paper was obtained The results show the electrode material with one interlayer number has the best electrochemical performance,and when hGO:An=3:1?mass ratio?,the mass and area specific capacitance of the flexible electrode reach551 F/g and 734.7 mF/cm2 respectively.After 10000 cycles,the capacity retention rate is about87%,and the flexible electrode can bend at 0°?180°without any damage,which has a good application prospect in the field of flexible energy storage.Part 3:Study on assembly and performance of flexible supercapacitor:using polyimide film?PI?as flexible shell,PVA/H2SO4 gel electrolyte as electrolyte,and sel0f-made hrGP as electrode material,symmetrical flexible capacitor is assembled.The results show that the capacitance value of the flexible super capacitor tends to be stable,and the capacitance of the flexible supercapacitor is almost unaffected when it is bent at different angles.The flexible super capacitor can continue to be used normally,which shows that the preparation of the flexible supercapacitor is successful,and lays a foundation for the realization of the market of the flexible supercapacitor in the future.
