| In recent years,grain-oriented silicon steel has been widely used in the field of making large generators because of its low iron loss and high magnetic,and is an important soft magnetic material in the military industry.Traditional Hi-B oriented silicon steel uses MnS+AlN as an inhibitor to use high-temperature billet heating technology,which has the disadvantages of high cost and low yield rate.Inhibitors have been studied,which has become a hot spot in the steel industry.This paper selects hot-rolled sheet,primary cold-rolled sheet,decarburized annealed sheet,and secondary cold-rolled sheet for Sn-free and Sn-containing low-temperature grain-oriented silicon steel.A comparative study on the structure,texture,and second phase of Sn-containing sheet is conducted The high-temperature annealed sheet of oriented silicon steel was analyzed for structure,texture and second phase.The main results of the study are as follows:(1)The low-temperature grain-oriented silicon steel hot-rolled sheet containing Sn has uneven structure and texture in the thickness direction.The composition of the transition layer is significantly higher than that of the traditional oriented silicon steel.The surface layer to the subsurface layer are mainly copper-type texture;the center The layer is dominated by rotating cubic texture;after one cold rolling,the microstructure is completely transformed into fibrous,and the alpha texture and gamma linear texture are the main texture types.After decarburization annealing,the first recrystallization occurs,the crystal The average grain size is 6μm,and the{111}<112>and Goss textures are obviously strengthened;after the second cold rolling,theα-line texture andγ-line texture is retained and strengthened;the high-temperature annealed plate,the grain boundaries are mostly jagged Goss texture orientation density is very strong,reaching 117.32.(2)Sn has a great influence on the precipitates of low-temperature oriented silicon steel.After the addition of Sn,the precipitation size of the second phase particles of hot-rolled sheet,primary cold-rolled sheet,decarburized annealing sheet and secondary cold-rolled sheet decreases More diffuse.(3)In the low-temperature grain-oriented silicon steel hot-rolled sheet containing Sn,Sn and Ti are compounded,and the precipitates are Cu2S,MnS,and AlN.In the primary cold-rolled sheet,the second phase is Cu2S,MnS,AlN;In the secondary cold-rolled sheet,Sn is compounded with Cu2S and MnS,and the precipitates are Cu2S,MnS,and AlN.In the high temperature annealed sheet,Sn and Cu2S are compounded,and the precipitates are Cu2S,MnS. |
