| Rice(Oryza sativa L.)is the second largest cultivated grain in the world,a ration for more than 3 billion people, and one of the most important food crops in chinese agricultural production. The sustainable development of rice production plays an important role in people’s livelihood issues such as food and clothing and food security.Over the years, with the continuous improvement of rice yield, agricultural resources such as fertilizers and pesticides have been increasing, which has also aggravated environmental risks to a certain extent. To this end, based on a field survey of 500 rice-producing farmers in the Liaoning rice zone, this study uses the life cycle assessment method and geo-detector model analysis method.Comprehensive assessment of the environmental impact of rice-producing,the geographical factors that produce environmental impact differences in different rice zones are analyzed to provide a reference for reducing the environmental impact of rice production and promoting clean production of rice. This study draws the following conclusions:1.The degree of rice production environmental impact in various rice zones is represented by Rice cultivation stage> Agricultural resources production stage> Raw material extraction stage. The severity of various environmental impacts is Aquatic Toxicity Potential > Eutrophication Potential > Global Warming Potential > Land Occupation > Human Toxicity Potential > Soil Toxicity Potential > Water Depletion > Acidification Potential > Particulate Matter Formation Potential > Photochemical Ozone Formation Potential > Energy Depletion.2.The weighted environmental impacts of producing 1 ton rice in each rice zones are ranged as: West mountain and hill rice zone(8.076)> Southeast yellow sea plain rice zone(5.924)> Liaohe plain rice zone(4.381)> East mountain and hill rice zone(2.355).3.The driving factors for the impact of rice production environment in different rice zones are different.Temperature and precipitation are the most important driving factors for the environmental impact of rice production in various rice zones.Soil pH,soil organic matter content, and soil texture are the main driving factors for the impact of rice production environment in Liaohe plain rice zone,West mountain and hill rice zone and Southeast yellow sea plain rice zone.Elevation is the main driving factor for the impact of rice production environment in West mountain and hill rice zone and East mountain and hill rice zone.4.According to the situation of each rice zones,West mountain and hill rice zone can adopt scientific methods to cultivate fertility, reduce the application of chemical fertilizers and pesticides to reduce the environmental impact.Ecological models such as rice field crab breeding can be developed in Southeast yellow sea plain rice zone to reduce the application of chemical fertilizers to reduce environmental impact.Liaohe plain rice zone should scientifically reduce the application of chemical fertilizers and pesticides to reduce environmental impact.East mountain and hill rice zone can take advantage of its geographical advantages to develop an organic rice production model and reduce environmental impact while improving rice quality. |
